I can’t rate this hotel high enough. Nothing was too much trouble. Gorgeous breakfast. My dog was made to feel really welcome and at home. Really lovely break. Perfectly placed opposite the beach. Clean and lots of little extra touches. Home made cakes Thank you Clare  and Andrew

Fanatic place to stay

Stayed at The Mayfair B and B for the weekend as running the Weymouth Marathon.
The room was lovely and I was made to feel very welcome.I am sure I ran a great race race as had the best sleep the night before.
Breakfast was lovely high quality ingredients and plenty of it.
I will be returning as location and view from the room pure Weymouth you cannot better that.

Home From Home

Clare was amazing and nothing was to much we had a lovely stay. The room was lovely everything was lovely fresh and clean. the breakfast was unreal  , extra egg sausages toast the works.   You are treated like kings well worth the money..The complementary home made cakes were lovely too. We will definitely be back again.   Credit to you clare …

The Mayfair a Weymouth best

Brilliant B&B just like home to home, Claire  couldn't of been more nice ..a lovely friendly woman ,cooks cakes for guests every day and they are lovely, if you go to Weymouth and want a Place overlooking the beach and sea, please I highly recommend the Mayfair, and very good prices aswell

Brilliant B&B on the beach road

Andrew and Claire, the owners, were excellent since the beginning. After travelling all the way from London in a winter Sunday evening, I had a warm reception at the Mayfair front door. There were cakes and fruits, and Andrew even prepared me a delicious sandwich after learning that the nearby restaurants were already closed. The house is cozy and the rooms very confortable. I got an amazing sea view from the 2nd floor. The full English breakfast was superb!! Totally recommend this charming B&B.

Fantastic stay in Weymouth

Absolutely lovely stay at the Mayfair! We were very well looked after by our hosts Andrew and Claire! The room was very comfortable and well maintained and breakfast all week couldnt have been better! Excellent local knowledge from our hosts as well, willing to go the extra mile for us to make sure we had a great stay in Weymouth, and that we did! Thank you both we will definitely return should we venture back down to the area!

Fantastic Stay

On arrival very friendly welcome. Claire and Andrew were the perfect hosts. Anything we needed to know Andrew was very knowledgeable about Weymouth and other places. Breakfast great choice. Room very clean. 

Loved Claires homemade cakes. It was a great guest house. Home from home. Highly recommend. 

Another wonderful stay at "the Mayfair". I had already been here last year and was immediately in love. No one can beat Andrew and Clare, really. This year I brought my sister because I really wanted to introduce her to the Mayfair and Andrew and Clare. She totally loved it straight away too. She was utterly blown away by the hospitality of Andrew and Clare. I can speak for myself and my sister when I say that the Mayfair is the only place we ever holiday in Dorset and we can't wait to see Andrew and Clare again! 

My place to stay at Weymouth!

Andrew and Clare are the nicest people on this Planet! They are the genuine enthusiastic articles! They are knowledgeable about practically all the local information you might require. They both chat to everybody about anything and you can talk about anything. Nothing is too much trouble..
There are Beach towels, mats, windbreakers for hire, save space in your Car etc. 
There is a small fridge you.can put stuff in plus they will freeze your ice blocks too.
Board games to play in lounge.
The breakfasts are fantastic, I had fruits with yoghurt every day, got cereals, great cooked food, Wife said her bacon was cooked ro perfection, I loved my scrambled  eggs so much that's the way I had them whole holiday. Sauce portions are provided and I was so grateful for the mini scissors to cut them open!
Clare will provide you with all the Cake you could want, lemon drizzle, dorset apple, banana etc! It's too die for!
Nice comfy spacious bed, if you have a sea view it's spectacular! Bathroom has shower gel, soap, body lotion and other useful little odds and sods. The shower is simple to use. I did meet one of the housekeeping staff one morning and she was nice and helpful. 
Parking the Car is very tricky....same for everyone but Andrew dies his damn best to help out, permits are provided if you can get the space. 
We were even allowed to hang on to our permit on last day beyond checking out until we left Weymouth when we returned it.
As my Wife and I were doing Weymouth Parkrun on last day our hosts very kindly did hot sandwiches to eat after.
Trust me when I say when you stay here you're in good hands and you will enjoy yourselves! 💛🌊🏠

Simply the best! We know where to go when we return! 🤩

It was the first time staying at a b and b on the seafront with my partner and what an experience it was. Claire and Andrew who run the Mayfair were amazing. Full of local information on where to go and what to see, Great reviews on the best places to eat and enjoy. A beautiful cooked breakfast every morning which has been sourced locally along with fresh fruit, yoghurt and cereal. Nothing was too small or big to ask. Friendly greetings everyday along with fresh homemade cakes to enjoy while having g a cup of tea admiring the view from the lounge. Rooms were clean and comfortable with added touches of personal greetings.  Highly recommended for a wonderful stay.  Already planning our next trip back. Wonderful people and a fantastic experience.
