Fantastic welcome from Jen  and Cindy nothing was too much for them. So helpful with information about area. Rooms spotlessly clean and breakfast had so much choice. Highly recommended. A gem of a place and can’t wait to return in the near future. David & Lisa x

Perfect last time and still perfect

Loved our stay here. Couldn't have felt more welcomed. Nothing was too much trouble and very helpful with local knowledge and suggestions. Very clean and extremely comfortable room. Even though we were at the front of the house it was really quiet and we slept very well. Breakfast was 1st class!

A lovely stay

Returned for our 3rd stay with Cindy and Ken, what excellent hosts - the "A" Team!!! We stayed in room 6 for the 2nd time (top of the house) - lovely room, very clean, spacious, very comfy bed which was made daily. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Good selection of breakfast (Fruit,cereal, yogurt and a  variety of cooked breakfasts - absolutely delicious!! We absolutely love catching up with them both - we will be back - Highly recommend a stay at the  Denehurst - Corinne and Keith x.

Best place to stay!!

Came here for our 1st wedding anniversary for a 2 night stay we arrived late on Friday due to me working but they were fine about it and there to welcome us when we arrived.
Ken and Cindy are lovely owners of the b&b and very welcoming. Breakfast was lovely. Could smell it when woke in morn which is lovely smell to wake to lol. And nice coffee at breakfast ( love my coffees haha) rooms were lovely and cosy and clean. Tea ,coffee, hot chocolate making facilities. 
Highly recommend this b&b. 
We had a meal at jintana Thai restaurant which is about a 15-20 min walk. Gorgeous food there if looking for somewhere to eat.

Perfect B&B

I would highly recommend the Denehurst guest house. Recently stayed there and Ken and Cindy were amazing hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Close to local bars and restaurants. Lovely breakfast, would visit again in a heartbeat 5 stars ⭐️

We had an enjoyable 3 day break in this lovely guest house.  Cindy and Ken welcomed us into their home where we felt like family members rather than paying guests.  Our room was spacious, clean and immaculate.  Our visit was in January and the house/rooms were warm and cosy.  They have a score of 9.8 on Booking.com - a well deserved score as we would give it 10/10 😊     The cooked breakfast was hearty and there was also a choice of cereals yogurt and fruit.  Our hosts were also very helpful and knowledgable about surrounding area with lots of tips of where to eat and where to visit.   Will visit again and also recommend to friends and family 😊

Denehurst Guest House in January

A lovely guest house with great rooms, wonderful breakfasts and kind knowledgeable hosts, Ken and Cindy. We eventually made it after we had to cancel our trip for my Wife's Birthday last year and so glad we were able to rebook. Great position within easy walking distance of Windermere and Bowness. Ourselves and our two great friends had a truly lovely time and we'd always return. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you both for making a truly memorable holiday.

They're in the middle between Bowness and Windermere really quiet road.
And the bed was lovely and comfortable 
We'd definitely stay here again when in Windermere
