Great wee stay for the price and location, comfortable bed and a nice hot shower.
Brilliant location for the airport especially if you have an early flight in the morning.
The only thing that let it down was the cleanliness,carpet could have done with a good hoover and there were a few other grimey bits but the bed and towels were clean.
Could also do with a drop box for keys when you have an early flight in the morning as I didn't want to leave the room insecure and no one was in reception.

Location ideal for the airport 

Overnight stay at the hotel arriving at 10:30 pm. Called the mobile number on the door and was immediately greeted by a very polite lad who checked us in and showed us where our room was and gave us a pint of milk for cereal provided in the room. Parked up and nervously went to room having read previous reviews I was worried what I might find. The room was lovely and warm and clean, the beds and pillows were super comfortable. We didn’t experience any noise from other guests at all. Early morning start for us (6:30) and again called the number and met another guy who helped load our cases into the minibus and took us to the airport.  
We were told on our return to call them when we’re through customs which I did and they were there to collect us just as we arrived at pick up point. I personally thought the service was great, basic yes but what do you expect for the price you pay. Would definitely stay at this motel again.

Perfect airport stay

Lovely welcome on arrival, shown to room for our overnight stay, yes basic but lovely and clean. Will stay again, staff very knowledgeable and gave directions for a place to eat. Nice situated to airport

Well.......Don't really know how to put into words! SHOCKING!!!!!!!!! Stayed the night before our flight, Hoping to get some rest with our two little ones as we had to get up at 4am to get to the Airport  for 5. The walls and ceilings were thinner than a piece of A4 paper our hope for rest was not successful as we could hear every word of the conversation from the people above us.

The whole experience was terrible even to the point that they didn't know where are car was parked on our return. no help with loading or unloading of cases to and from the airport. We will never visit this motel again, Bates motel would of been more appealing.

SHOCKING!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rooms are small and walls are so thin you can hear everyone and everything in adjoining rooms which means hearing them going to bed, using the toilet, the shower arriving and departing. Don’t expect a good nights sleep. Also I was charged car parking for the night I stayed at the hotel! Really! 
The minibus to take you to the airport is a rip off. There is a sign to say Everyone is expected to pay the £5 barrier fee to enter and depart the airport, I shared with four other people who had decided not to pay and I was the only fool that had paid on check in. How can they justify this. 

Absolute rip off!

This was an awful stay, expensive for what it is.  Ok it’s close to the Airport but I would never stay there again.  We ended up 2 rooms away from an awful couple who caused so much noise for a few hours, the police were called.  This meant not much sleep, not expecting it but no compensation was forthcoming.  It was dirty and not nice.

The accommodation was affordable, clean and more than adequate for our over-night stay before catching an early flight from Bristol airport next day.  We though being close to the A38 would be a problem, but this was not the case.  My wife and I both had a good night sleep.
Unfortunately, in our haste in the morning my wife left a special mirror she uses in the room, and we didn't realise until we were well into our holiday.  But we contacted The Forge and the staff there were Soooo helpful.  The managed to locate the mirror and even though we did not get back to them until very late on the night of our return the reception staff couldn't have been more helpful - they even got us some fresh water to help us on our way - we were so parched.

Booked to stay overnight as near Bristol airport. Room was awful! Front door had three great holes at all hinge points. The window was hanging off unable to shut or open! Mould all over furniture. Stains on bedding. Thick dust on tv. Blood up walls in bathroom. Single bed broken .. completely swayed. Very shabby. Complained and got immediate refund and managed to find somewhere else for the night.

We paid 115 for one night to stay here and had to fly at 6.30am.  The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful.  The bed sheets were not clean either and there was a patio door in one room that wouldn't lock.
When we arrived to check in there wasn't anyone at the desk and the office was closed so we had to phone and wait for about 15/20 minutes for someone to come.  No apology.
We asked for transport to the airport for our flight at 6.30 am the following morning so the staff member said he will collect us at 4.30am.  He arrived 20 minutes late   - no apology again.. didn't even say hello or goodbye!  Bristol airport was absolute chaos and me and my 84 year old mother who is very fit and able along with another 20 people missed our flights as couldn't get through on time.  We had to pay for a flight the following morning at 5.45am from Gatwick so had to get buses to Gatwick airport, sit around all day and night until our flight resulting in over 30 hours of no sleep, missing a day and a half of our holiday.  
Maybe we would have missed the flight anyway but maybe, just maybe if the transport had collected us at the time he promised we wouldn't have?
I will never use Forge accommodation again or Bristol airport for that matter.  Nightmare all round!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - TERRIBLE SERVICE AND TERRIBLE ATTITUDE FROM STAFF

The place is not clean at all, it felt uncomfortable staying in these rooms me and my daughter were itching all night in the beds. The bed sheet my kids had on was put on inside out. Glad it was for one night if I had booked longer I wouldn’t of even stepped foot in the room, marks all over the walls, spiders in the bathroom. So out of date, scraggy furniture full of dust. 

Not the place I would ever spend money on again.
