The lodge itself could not be faulted.  It was spacious, warm, and well equipped.  The hot tub made it extra special.  A nice large screen TV would help as the room is so big and the sofas are far away.  The entrance was not well lit and hard to see.  We hadn't visited this area before and prefer North Yorkshire for scenery and places to visit.  For a relaxing winter weekend, this was perfect.

Relaxing weekend

This lodge was amazing! We attended for a birthday get away and the lodge itself was spotless, has everything you need. Nice village around the corner with a beach for lovely walks. 

Would highly recommend, great value for money

Gorgeous Stay

Stayed for a long weekend. The lodge was beautiful, clean and warm and had all the appliances and cutlery we needed, it was immaculate. We stayed in the Pietrain pet lodge cabin with our 2 dogs. The shops and beach are only a 5 minute drive away from the site. The staff are lovely, we only saw them on checking in and out and during the mornings when they were checking the hot tub. The hot tub was absolutely fantastic and was always kept super clean and maintained. The designated dog walk was great use for our dogs, which was on site. Overall we had a lovely, quiet and enjoyable stay and we will be back hopefully ☺️

Clean and peaceful with comfy beds and a stones throw away from Withernsea. It's always a great break! Can't wait to return again.

We have just come back from a 4 night stay at Fairview Lodges, staying in a Tamworth Pet lodge.

The lodge was great, very spacious.  The main positives were the hot tub - good size and the filter/chemicals clean it very well!  We've stayed at previous locations before, and the hot tub was pretty unusable come half-way through the stay as it gets too dirty - not here.

The enclosed fenced off area outside of the decking was brilliant, it gave us so much more room outside - we took my son's pop-up goal and the area was ideal for kicking a ball around, as well as the dog using it.

Withernsea is only a 5 minute drive away and once the tide has gone out at around 1pm, the beach is nice and sandy and fun for the kids and dog to play in.

The location is very isolated, surrounded by fields - which is perfect if you just want to get away from it all and relax.  We had amazing unobstructed views over the fields.  The kids also loved the massive combine harvester cutting the corn right next to us!

The host, Alex, is very friendly and helpful if you need anything too during your stay here.  We needed some new batteries for the TV remote, he replaced them within 10 minutes and then made a trip to our Lodge the next day to check it was working ok!  

Overall a great break and I would recommend Fairview Lodges to anyone thinking of staying here.  


Tamworth Pet Lodge

Very clean spacious 2 bedroom lodge with hot tub, spotless bedrooms and comfy beds 
View was amazing and the site very quiet for nice relaxing time in the hot tub 
Everything we needed in the lodge for our family holiday with two dogs 
Lovely wooden playground for children with a small football pitch and a nice dog walk all sign posted on site

Spotlessly clean lodge beautiful views

Stayed as a couple in a Pietrain lodge number 4. As with anything booked online you never really know what to expect. Check in was 4pm, we arrived around 3.40pm and received a very warm welcome. As we entered the lodge we were completely blown away. It was spotlessly clean, lovely and warm (underfloor heating). Lovely views from the double patio doors. Huge double bed in one room and two singles in the other. Both en-suite. The kitchen was fully equipped with all you’d need. Electric fan oven and hob. Microwave, toaster, small fridge with freezer box. Saucepans, trays, utensils. Even a dishwasher! There was a little welcome pack with a dishcloth, washing up liquid and two dishwasher tablets. Tea & coffee and fresh milk in the fridge. Tv and DVD player and free wifi which we found fine for iPlayer/Netflix. 

Then there’s the hot tub. Having never been in one before it was incredible. Preheated & cleaned for our arrival we couldn’t wait to get in. The decked area was very private with great country side views. I would suggest taking your own towels for outside as the lodge ones are just for inside use. 

We stayed for two nights and ate in both nights, there’s a decent Tesco and Aldi nearby in the town and heading away to the local village a lovely bakery. The welcome book lists a lot of local pubs/restaurants but we didn’t try those. 

All in all a beautiful location, great welcome and fantastic lodge. If you’re looking for peace, quiet and total relaxation then this place is for you. 

We will return.

Beautiful Lodges. Relaxing environment.

Amazing quite lodges that are set apart from each other for privacy Evan with its very own  jacuzzi , the lodge had every thing u need to make your stay great , the young lad on the front desk was super friendly , both bed rooms came with en-suite bath rooms walk in shower or bath depending whichever room u were in , I wanted to use the over head walk in shower but couldn’t get the water to stay warm so had to use the bath shower but that didn’t put a dampen on our stay we enjoyed it the hot tub it was really really warm Evan on a cold night , you could change the temperature of the cabin under floor heating if u needed too , I personally found the bed extremely soft  every body’s bed preference is different , there was a tv in the open plan lounge area but not in the bedroom which I later realised was in the more upgraded cabins we had a non pet one called the pietrain , it was also extremely clean and on arrival the was a small welcome pack of tea ,coffee  and some milk the fridge , the fridge was big enough to but some food in for our stay which we got from Tesco 10 mins down the road just before withensea and there’s plenty of takeaways down the road from there also , we would defo return in the future as I would mark these cabins 100% satisfaction you won’t be disappointed.

Amazing stay u won’t be disappointed

We stayed in pietrain lodge for the 2nd time, an absolute beautiful setting, ultimate privacy for your decking and hot tub area over looking a field of wildlife.
The lodge is equipped with everything you could ever need for cooking, fridge has an ice box which is handy.
Great sized lodge, open plan lounge kitchen/dining, beds are very comfortable, en suites have a shower or bath with great water pressure 
The heating you can change to your preference.
Withernsea is a few miles away and has a tesco, aldi, pound stretcher, bars, restaurants and arcades.

Pietrain lodge

A brilliant stay at Fairview, would definitely return even though the heating pump broke on our last day for the site, was still warm indoors. Lodges are huge, scenery is beautiful, lovely and quiet area.
