Absolutely amazing staff. What more can you want from these friendly staff especially Milan and sabu. They made me feel welcome and made me and my staff feel good staying here. I would recommend this to any person out there and will be recommending this place to my friends and family.

It’s a hotel above a night club so the music is loud until around 3am. The room had a leak due to the heavy rain BUT it did only cost me £60 for a family room so can’t have it all. 
The bathroom is run down and the decor is early 90’s. It was ok.

About five years ago we stayed at this hotel on our way through Britain and it was quite nice for the price.  It was what I expected, a clean basic room with no special amenities.

It has now gone vastly downhill:

The carpets look like they haven't been cleaned in years.  
The bed had one thin duvet that was falling apart in its interior and no sheets.  
The pillows were flat as pancakes and should have been replaced years ago.  
There was almost no water pressure in the shower--took half an hour for a ten minute shower because the water just dribbled out.  
The shower head looked like it had never been cleaned.  
The ceiling tiles in the loo were crusted in either mold or rust, take your pick.  
And I wouldn't trust the shoddy smoke alarm that appeared to have once been held together with sellotape.

Nobody at the front desk appeared to care and refused to do anything about the pillows or provide a kettle for the room that was missing one, even though they pretended to take down the information and said they would look into it.  I can only feel sorry for them if the owner cares so little that something as simple as a spare kettle or an extra pillow isn't available.

Just because the hotel is considered "budget," does not mean it should be in disgusting condition.  Drag out the carpet cleaner once in awhile and replace the cheap duvets and pillows, yeah?  I don't expect luxury.  I do expect a clean well-kept hotel.

"Budget" Should Not Mean "Run Down"

End of summer reunion with friends was recommended the hotel for an easy and good value stay, staff very pleasant and welcoming. Room nicer than I expected and clean, decor good too. Short walk from the train station which was good news as I had heavy luggage. Nice welcome upon arrival and they even took my belongings up to my room. Would come again!

Very pleasant stay.

Stayed in Woking after hospital visit to relative in Guilford. Staff were very helpful, rooms very clean with on suite bathromms . The room we ahd was very spacious and we look forward to staying there again, No parking at the hotel but the municipal car park around the corner was within easy reach. Lots of eating places within very reach in the adjoining precinct.

The hotel is in the centre of the village. There are many restaurants and bars in the streets. There is something for every taste. The rooms are generously furnished and the bed was very comfortable and I slept well. It is clean. The breakfast was minimalist but it was enough. For the price it was reasonable.

I'm satisfied

The hotel is located in the centre of Woking near the train station, the room is always clean and the services are essential, the staff are very friendly, and I'm sure it has a good value for money.

Clean, convenient and essential

Stayed for 6nights and the property wasn't great.

Firstly when I checked in they couldn't find the key to my room and had to move me into a 'King Room' rather than the 'Double Room' I had booked. The lady on the reception told me I would have to move rooms in the morning and also pay the price difference - I asked to speak to a manager (she tried three people and eventually a manager who wasn't in the building helped her). This took around 20mins. I was then given a complimentary 'upgrade' to a king room for the length of my stay.

The room was basic. Bed was comfy but everything else was very basic - the shower had little to no pressure so was useless really. I did inform reception who said someone would look into it. Nothing changed.

The surrounding area to the hotel is VERY noisy. One night there were two rooms (one either side of me) with 4 people per room and the noise from them was horrendous. Tried calling reception with no response. Eventually it died down.

Overall, not a great hotel. Cheap price and central location but would only use if necessary and want some place to rest your head.

Not great

The hotel is on a very busy narrow street and is surrounded by pubs and restaurants. Unfortunately there is absolutely no parking so its necessary to park at a municipal multistorey about 300 yards away. This adds to to the cost of your hotel bill!
The room was a good size and quiet with with a proper bath in the en suite, this was marred by the mould on the grouting around the bath. There were no complimentary toiletries although there was a shower gel dispenser. This was a bit awkward rising from the bath for soap.
Breakfast was continental and for £6 was reasonable value, however eating in the foyer of the hotel was not a good choice I should have ordered it to my room.
The bed had nice fresh white linen but i found the mattress a little lumpy

This hotel is right next to a night club that on a Friday & Saturday night is still playing loud music till 3am but on Saturday music was still playing at half 9am 
Bed is the  most uncomfortable ones I have ever had , 

Okay u get free soft drinks but they are fizzy drinks so why would u want sugary drink when you are heading to bed !
