Real home from home feel, spacious rooms with all the amenities you would expect. 
The bar has great food ( fantastic vegan chilli) and a real friendly atmosphere. 
Would definitely book here again if working in the area.

Home from home.

I booked the Chase Inn via booking.com where it stated that there was a surcharge of £5 for dogs. My booking confirmation confirmed this. On arrival I was told it was £12. I produced proof that I had booked it at £5. They refused to honour the price. The room was shabby. There was no hairdryer. Tea and coffee supplies were minimal and access out of hours was via a treacherous slippery fire escape. There were no outside lights and the car park was pitch black. I would definitely NOT visit again!

Accommodation dog friendly? I think not! Prices quoted are not what you will be charged - Beware!

Myself and daughter arrived at The Chase at 10 pm after telephoning to let them know. We arrived outside and saw the barman smoking I asked if I could check in and he said could we wait while he finishes his cigarette ! We waited inside he eventually came in charged us for the room and breakfast. The pub was completely empty , strange for a Friday night !
The room was very run down carpet terrible, cobwebs hanging from ceiling.
When we woke in the morning we realised we had no time to stay for breakfast as we had a train to catch in Hereford. I went downstairs to inform them , a man appeared and I explained, I asked if we could have a refund, he flatly refused was very rude and argumentative, saying the breakfast had been cooked ! I questioned this as we were the only guests and had not placed our order! and wouldn't of had a cooked breakfast anyway. He said he was happy to throw the food away rather then give us a refund !
So he ripped us off of £20 for a meal we never had , disgusting !
 He clearly was derogatory towards me as I was a women , very patronising and argumentative.( would he of spoken to my husband like this clearly not ) I said to him that all the years I had travelled the world I had never had a problem like this. On our way out I heard him insulting me to his partner ! A truly awful experience and shocking customer service.

A TERRIBLE STAY !!!!

Thank you so much for a lovely stay!!  Great food, great selection of beer, real friendly staff and a great atmosphere with some nice friendly locals.  
Special thanks to the chef and I think the lady behind the bar was called Amelia, real friendly and chatty.

Perfect stay in a great friendly atmosphere

A comfortable, friendly B&B in a super countryside location not far from scenic Malvern Hills. I arrived the night after the pub had been struck by lightning(!) but this did not affect the warm welcome nor, apart from loss of wifi, the facilities. The room was small but very clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping was efficient. The bathroom was maybe a little cramped but still OK. The pub serves excellent beer and the food (although the menu was slightly curtailed) was delicious. Would recommend.

Excellent B&B near Malvern Hills

A rural English pub wit bed and breakfast facilities. Dinners available but check ahead first. Larger village several miles away has some shops and takeaway.  Somewhat remote but suited our purposes. Room was nice with comfortable beds. Very quiet and dark so we had good nights sleep!

Quaint rural pub with B&B

A family run business. I was attending a wedding nearby and stayed for three nights. I was treated like a family member! The accommodation was just right for a single person and the pub was quite lively in the evening. Complimentary parking and WiFi.

Wonderful Short Stay.

We stayed for 2 nights  in June with our dog, the room was very comfortable and immaculately clean and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was delicious and so was our evening meal. Thank you for a great stay, we’ll be back!

Perfect stay, lovely people, great food

What a lovely place and people. Just what you expect from a country rural pub. Food was spot on and the family Team made us feel very welcome. Covid measures adhered to and felt super comfortable. Thank You

This is what it’s all about

Pleasant enough rural pub with great food and with friendly locals. I did book for 6 nights but on arrival my plans had changed so when checking in i advised the owner i would be leaving after 3 days. He insisted on billing me for 5 nights and said he would refund the money if i left early
When i came to check out at 9.00 am the owner was still in bed and could not be roused so i told the very nice lady i would return to sort out the refund
When i returned i had to have an argument with the owner to get my refund which was not very pleasant
They did eventually credit my bank card
Rooms are adequate but a bit shabby. They are gradually refurbishing the rooms but mine was a bit grotty
