This place looked a little
Shady from the outside but figured it can’t be that bad. We opened the door to our room and the smell hit us. Smelled of musty mildew, smoke and dirty wet dog. Chair had rips and bedspreads were old and outdated. We went to request a new room, the next was just as nasty. Smelled, floors were gross and beds looked like they were ancient. We got our money back and got the hell out of there. I would avoid at all cost.

I would give it no stars but you have to give it 1.The owner was very helpful but the place is a mess an needs to be shutdown.I arrive and see my people out of their rooms just hanging out.Seems like people live their on government assistance programs.Rooms are soo outdated like from the 70's.Bathroom is tiny and sheets and furniture are soiled.I stayed for 5mins until the airconditioner almost went boom.i ran out of there.Stay away

OMG!!

I checked in and was informed that there were no non smoking rooms available, so I decided to leave. The concierge then assured me that she had misspoken and the room she was checking me into (107, pictured below)was indeed a non smoking room. False. The room was filthy and smelled like heavy smoke. The sign on the door even indicated that smoking was permitted. I immediately returned to the lobby and asked for a refund. She acted surprised and said I was wrong and somebody must have smoked in there without her knowledge. After being lied to twice, I decided to leave...I was “given a full refund” but I am still waiting for it to show on my bank statement.. we’ll see.

OK motel for the money. Rooms dated. Sheets on bed clean. Bathroom had some mole. The floor towel for the shower step out was stained. If you want inexpensive and acceptable, this is the place. Would stay here again.

Budget Inn Aberdeen

I love this place! Owners are so nice, they don't bother you if you are sleeping, and if you need anything they'll go out of their way to help you get it.
Stay here is 1 week so my stay isn't quite over yet but I love this place! Had to post
No bugs, very large King size bed, air conditioner, plenty of hot water, coffee in the morning, very, very, very clean bedding,microwave,refrigerator & the freezer works wonderfully,clean rooms clean property, very quiet, close to my favorite store Royal Farms... best chicken in the world.
I recommend this Hotel/Motel to everyone traveling through Aberdeen Maryland it's perfectly situated, with easy access to the highways, and the people who run this place are the real deal when it comes to being humble, helpful and caring  human beings. A+

Great Place to lay your head!

hotel is dated and the wifi is bad, you do get a microwave and fridge and a couple rooms have a countertop range with small kitchen sink staff is pleasent but hotel is priced to compete with the name brand ones
