On the road from Virginia to Arizona I was passing Dallas and it started to heavily rain.  I called the hotel and Raj happily took care of my reservation stating my late arrival would not be a problem.  I finally arrived at 9:30 p.m.   After a warm greeting and hearing I was going to make some chamomile tea he handed me a bottle of spring water.  The room light was on and the heat/air unit had been turned on to ambient temperature.  The room was fresh and did not smell of a previous guests; one of my issues.   This was a great find-  the room was comfortable, contemporary and immaculately clean.   It had all of the amenities frig and hot shot water, but most importantly a good mattress and a hot shower. Thank you Raj -  great hospitality

By Myself On the Road in the Rain

I was traveling from Oregon to Texas for thanksgiving and to help my mom get rid of access furniture from my uncle and dad's passing.  I was passing through rather late at night and so tired I stopped.  My friend had text'd that the room was $55.00, and when I got there they said $55.00 plus $10 for the dog. That is $65 plus tax....  But I see now, two days later, when I have had a chance to fire up the computer, that they charged me $82.45????  what a rip off!!!  The room was so dirty I ran down to the nearby convenience store for Clorox wipes.  There were two sets of hand towels/wash rags... one of the sets was dirty and the wash rag was askew as if it had been used.  The tub was so dirty I did not use it.  But even worse, the noise level was astounding....  it sounded as if I was sleeping on the shoulder of the highway!!!.... and the icing on the cake, the heater/ac unit was so loud I looked around thinking 'am I on candid camera????  are you kidding me???'  it rumbled, cranked, squeaked and rattled so loudly I was woken up many times throughout the night.  But after three days on the road, I was too tired to do anything about it.  I have stayed in an 'American's best value' hotel before and it was so much better than this one. The family running the place was friendly, but, really???  why was my bill $20-$25 more than he said it would be?  the biggest ripoff on the planet!  If you book on-line, you can get a room for $40.... but not worth it, keep on going.  They really don't care about ripping someone off.  I still can't believe they charged me more than I was quoted at time of arrival.  What a scam.... I have to go back to Oregon that way but will definitely NOT stop at this place again.

the price that hit my bank card was more than quoted, and for a dirty room I cleaned up.

Got talked out of a nice hotel for this place.  Booked at hotel.com for double the price offered at the desk. Room was not secured by a safety lock.  Unclean . Asked for an extra pillow, denied. Supposed to have continental breakfast but the office didn't open until after 8.

Worst motel experience I've ever had bar none.

Cum staines, yellow staines on the sheets, cigarette holes on the comforter , pistachios shells everywhere on the floor, lip stick on the pillow case, spiders and roaches in the bathroom. The worst experience at a hotel.DON'T DO IT!!!

DONT DO IT!!!!! THE WORST!!

I checked in went to the room, potty had not been cleaned, had urine on the lid, very old furniture, bed so low to floor look like it did not have a box spring on it, looked like a junk yard outside, went back to front desk and told them the room was unacceptable would not refund money, owners are CROOKS... Do Not waste your time or money.
