Had a situation where an elderly relative was travelling solo but their cell phone wasn't working.  All we knew was he was staying at the Ainsworth Inn. 
We called and the owner went out of his way to track our relative down and let him know loved ones were trying to find him.  He helped him re-start his iphone and get it working again.  Big, big shout out to the Ainsworth Inn!

The owner really helped us out of a jam!

This is the nastiest motel I have ever experienced!  The motel was old and smelly.  We had 2 queen beds and could only use one as the other bed was dirty and had not been changed.  We wouldn’t have stayed but the only other motel in town was booked and we were there for a funeral.  There were no phones, no clocks, no coffee, no ironing boards, no continental breakfast as advertised, no ice or vending machines.  Absolutely nothing besides a bed.  When people heard where we were staying they couldn’t believe we would stay there.  Even the sheriff told us we were brave.  The only thing was the manager and her fiancé were super nice and apologetic.  She actually gave me some of her private ice as we arrived late and I needed ice.  This manager has nothing to work with.  I sure hope she finds a better motel to manage.  This place needs to be shut down.  There is a Super 8 sign out front but they are not affiliated with this motel.  Apparently in the past.  Trying to contact this motel as we were arriving late was very stressful.  The answering machine gave us an emergency # to call.  After several attempts to reach them I called the emergency # and it was the previous owner and she had a nasty attitude.  The #’s the different booking companies had were all wrong.  My son after 2 hours on the phone and given wrong #’s he reached the motel.  Management was very nice and accommodating with our late arrival.

Disgusting!!

Stayed here last night and it’s definitely not worth the price. Bed was comfortable and staff was nice. No ice in ice machine, no juice in juice machine, coffee was like warm at best. Dead bugs in our room and carpet was filthy. 

Not worth the price 

I have visited 37 states in 7 trips travelling from Scotland, so I am something of a veteran of American hotels. The customer service I received at this hotel was by far and away the best of the lot.

At check-in Joshua, the General Manager, was polite and friendly. There was a problem however as the hotel hadn’t received payment from Priceline (I’d prepaid) so I had to pay again at the desk. Joshua suggested I phone Priceline to get a refund.

I was unable to get connected to Priceline on the room phone and didn’t want to use my mobile as it’s $2/minute outside of the UK. Joshua took it upon himself to phone Priceline on my behalf (I didn’t even ask him to do this) and sort the whole thing out. End result? I got the first payment I made to Priceline refunded in full. That’s what I call customer service.

The room was great too. Very quiet and the bed was comfortable. I slept like a baby!

They are re-branding from Super 8 soon. Don’t know what they’ll be called but they’re at 1025 E 4th St, Ainsworth, NE 69210. If you’re staying in Ainsworth I highly recommend you do it here.

Quiet location, comfy bed, great customer service

The carpet was ruined, the bathroom fan had no cover of it you could see the dust in it, there was mold on the ceiling, one of the lamps didn’t work and the shower curtain was disgusting.  We do a lot of biking in the Nebraska and stay at a lot of low end hotels but they at least keep up on the maintenance.  

Stay Anywhere Else

Nasty smelling hotel, clerk not present upon arrival, waited for 5 minutes before he,showed up.  Breakfast  (coffee) not set up at 6am.  Not,sure if it ever was, I left pissed off at 7.  Never again, not even as a dare, will sleep in car next time.

Super stay! Awesome and very friendly managers. Fridge and microwave in room. Very clean room with an extremely comfortable bed. Very quiet and biscuits and gravy with breakfast!! Who could ask for more! Great rates and was a wonderful stay. This Super 8 is my pick when I go to Ainsworth. 

Great motel

We woke up to bedbugs!!!!  Worst experience ever!!!  They were everywhere, pillows,toilet paper, both beds and our luggage!!  We have pictures and the night manager saw them.  When we emailed  Wyndham Hotel Group and Super Eight Worldwide they pawned off the responsibility to the  franchisees.  Contact the hotel!!  
Well I tried that the next day when I called the motel to ask them to send me my 
laptop charger that we left in the room trying to escape the bugs.  I said please.  The night manger said I would have to send a check first to pay for postage.  I told him I had just spent hours trying to clean out my luggage and vehicle of traveling bedbugs. 
He reminded me that he gave me a refund on our room.  I swear this is true!!!  Beware.
Always double check for bedbugs.
