I booked my reservation for 3 nights through a clearing house that partners with Expedia. When I was able to finish my business early I asked the manager about checking out a day early. He explained that because I booked through Expedia I had to make the change through them. I got the royal run-around. When I went to talk to the manager she was actually on the phone with the reservation service & they gave her the run-around too. In the end, the managers made good & cancelled my last night & refunded me the money, even though they will still have to pay them a commission. My room is clean & quiet & the managers have been very welcoming.

Very nice

Stayed here from January to May. the owners are awesome, very kind folks. The staff were very kind and made sure I always had what I needed. Worked a lot of long hours and they went out of their way to keep me supplied in towels, linens, etc. I will definitely return if staying near the area again!

A great and affordable place to stay with access to several surrounding cities!

booked a one night stay via trip advisor thru expedia for $55/ night. when arrived was notified that they are not w expedia & would not honor rate specified! lady at desk (co-owner) comes to desk after long wait as if i had just woken her! felt i was totally inconvenience her. pay extra & stay somewhere where you greeted at least decent! this is my 3rd stay at this motel/ believing i must have caught them in bad day.- no! every day must be a horrible day for them!

Don’t Recommend

Would not recommend it. Booked 3 nights on their website 2 weeks out for $60 per night plus tax. Got there around 11pm at night to check in. When the lady finally came to the front she was very rude and acted like it was a bother she had to wait on me. After signing the check in card the lady said it will be an extra $25 per night making the room $85 per night plus tax. I told her that is not what I booked on their website and I got an email from Sailash Patel who I believe is the owner confirming my reservation. She said the website is not correct and they are supposed to fix it. She said its $85 dollars per night take it or leave it. The hotel is old and it shows, there is no pool, no breakfast so I passed. I took my family to Florence and got a room at a newer Quality Inn for $76 per night with pool and free hot breakfast. They also gave me a military discount. We had a great stay they where super friendly. The Economy Inn or Saliash Patel did not conduct honest business.

Do not recommend 

My family and I was dealing with hurricane Irma and God placed us in this magnificent Inn where the people was so amazing especially Theresa and Simon. All the staff at Economy Inn went out of there way to make our stay comfortable. they was such a blessing to us. thank you all for everything you have do for me and my family. the people in the town of Rogersville are amazing people.

Fabulous Staff and Town

THIS IS A COZY LITTLE HOTEL RIGHT IN ROGERSVILLE AL , every time we go to the Tennessee river this is where we stay ...its pretty cheap and always seems to be clean , needs some updating and the rooms are nothing special but definitely worth the money...the staff is always very nice as well and pets are welcome which is a big plus!

NICE GETAWAY

The motel is in a great location for fishing Wheeler Lake, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. There are also outlets outdoors for plugging in boats for charging. The rooms seem clean and the beds are comfortable.

Great staff, convenient location

Our room was exactly like it was described an was a comfort night stay. Was clean an kept up even if it was a older Hotel. The room was ready to be occupied when we arrived an did not have to wait. We will be using it again in the near future.
