For you safety please don't stay here!!! I rented 2 rooms fir me and my boys. At Midnight 2 Police arrived at my boys room and had them wake up and step out the room while they check and then took them down stairs to tge lobby! Employee excused my boys of being in a room they didn't rent when I rented the rooms for them!! They were terrified! Calling the cops was uncalled for and unprofessional! I was right down the hall they could have easily called me to the lobby instead of accusing my boys of stealing a motel room! You will be hearing from my lawyer Hometown suites!

Horrible

Well let me say,this is not a chain hotel but you will not be disappointed! Clean,beautiful decor,and the young blonde girl working when we arrived was wonderful!Would definitely stay here again.Clean,nice tvs,even done a decent breakfast! Real nice place and close to everything.

Not a Comfort anymore,nice place!

We only stayed one night. We will always return when traveling in AL. We arrived late in the evening when the staff told us of some restaurants. She called to see if they were open because of time; found one close in walking distance, Gaston's Grill. 
Their quaint lobby with books and pictures for one to browse or borrow while you stay was a hometown feeling. We borrowed a book about Civil War Ship, excellent evening for relaxing.
The breakfast consist of eggs, french toast, sausage, biscuits, gravy, grits, oatmeal, fruit, milk, apple juice, orange juice, yogurt, applesauce, bagels, white or wheat bread. 
The rooms had microwave and refrigerator, a large comfortable recliner to relax even more. 
The inn, breakfast area and rooms were clean and comfort.
We enjoy looking at the pictures in the hallway on both floors, these were about people, places and thing of America. Almost like a mini museum. 


Excellent Stay with Cortouis Staff

I was in the area for work, and this was one of the few options available in Thomasville. The hotel staff were pleasant and welcoming. The room was a bit dated, but clean. The main issues I had were that the walls appear to be thin, as I had quite a bit of noise from the hall, and also some snoring noise when trying to go to sleep. Also, it is not pleasant to watch the staff microwave the breakfast buffet food in a microwave (in the breakfast room) prior to putting it into the warming tray. I am sure that is how many hotels function, but I would at least like to pretend that it isn't.

Clean room, but a noisy night.

We stayed here a week ago and it wasn't to bad ! Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water ! The staff was more than nice ! 
It's a nice clean place to stay and the rates weren't to bad either !!

Not to bad

The hotel was very nice and they have an amazing free continental breakfast. But the most amazing part of our stay however was the owner. My husband left his cellphone there by accident and we didn't know until we arrived home 7 hours away. He had an out of country flight in 3 days and it would be impossible to travel back. Hema, the owner, went ABOVE and BEYOND to get the cellphone back to us. She visited two different post offices to find the best way to get the phone back to us on time. She gave us her direct line and communicated with us throughout the whole process. When it comes to customer care, I really can't remember the last time I had someone bend over backwards like Hema did for us. I will be forever thankful and Comfort Inn in Thomasville, AL will always have a special place in our memories! Thank you, Hema!!!

Kind owner saved us!

The evening staff was excellent. However, when I accidentally left a suit bag in the closet, it was an ordeal getting them to admit that it was there although I had only left 2 hours prior. Thankfully, I was able to retrieve it.
