Highly recommend this place. Good location, can walk to many places.  Love the room, clean and enough space for our big luggage.  Amazing breakfast. Smooth entry,  convenient parking. Kathy & Steve were so nice. Perfect place to stay in Albuquerque.

Five stars for cleanliness and increcible breakfasts!  Kathy and Steve are the ultimate hosts, so friendly and accomodating.  We have stayed in many B&B's but this one was the best!  Excellent location and we loved the atmosphere.  The Route 66 sitting room was perfect for our needs.

This place is impeccable:  Clean, friendly, historic but unpretentious.  The grounds are beautiful and the location is perfect.  Extra points for finding my favorite T-Shirt in the bed covers and placing it, neatly folded, on top of my luggage!

A great oasis in Albuquerque

Can’t say enough good about this B&B!  Loved staying in Old Town. Extremely efficient communication from the hosts. The place was clean and bright, outside serene. Breakfasts were delicious and creative,  made from natural ingredients. Kathy and Steve were lovely hosts!

A winner in Old Town!

This place is wonderful! We had such a nice stay here.  The mansion is spotless, well maintained, and the hosts are the best!  Kathy and Steve are two wonderful people.  The breakfasts are the best we've ever had.  Kathy and Steve were so helpful in telling us the best of attractions during our stay!  I can't say enough great things about the mansion, location, hosts, and proximity! We highly recommend!

Best experience !

Located basically adjacent to the plaza (and historic Route 66), this is the perfect location for a couple wanting to visit historic Albuquerque. We spent one night in the Route 66 Room, which has a comfortable sitting room that adds a feeling of extra space (and is downstairs).  The breakfast was outstanding as was the breakfast conversation with the innkeepers and fellow guest travelers.

THE place to stay for Old Town

Such a great bed and Breakfast! Loved the location, perfect walking to old town! The yard and patio were perfect for evening wine and the breakfast well done! Also loved the jetted tub in the 1 st floor suite! Beautifully maintained and hospitality was welcoming!

Great B and B

This historical building was well done, and so interesting. Our room had lovely antique furniture, a gorgeous painting that was done in 1935 around the top of the entire room. So interesting! The owners are fabulous and they served us a complementary 2 course breakfast that was fabulous.  
We received texts and emails from the hotel from the minute we booked. We were well informed about everything from arrival to parking to the meal to the room.  I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful Gem!

This was a delightful stay. The house has some interesting history and is meticulously and thoughtfully maintained by Kathy and Steve. The rooms are lovely with good en-suite facilities. 

The breakfasts are amazing - a different home cooked menu each day with delicious juices, fruit served with homemade sorbet and excellent blended coffee.  It is served in the garden if the weather permits (which is probably most of the time) so you can watch the humming birds and others at the bird feeders.

The location is right in the Old Town so easy for picking up tours, going to the museums and browsing the shops.

Admin is so efficient and easy and the hosts provide helpful information sheets and maps. 

I was travelling solo and especially appreciated their friendly helpfulness.

A big bonus for me was their two residents cats but if you are not a cat person they will not be in your way.!

Cannot recommend more highly.



A perfect place for a visit to Albuquerque.

We really enjoyed our stay here from the moment we walked in.  The booking and checking in process was very easy, all done online and by text.  We went straight to our room which was beautifully decorated and comfortable with lots of historic details, and homemade cookies!  Steve and Kathy are excellent hosts and very interesting to talk to, we loved trying something new for breakfast each morning.  Still cannot believe Steve is not a professional chef!
