After my 2 night stay at Motel 6 Albuquerque Airport that I rightfully classified as "beyond disgusting", I expected similar. (I couldn't cancel this reservation because Motel 6 Airport had no internet for 2 days). It was marginally better - internet, real towels, proper blanket and no discernible insects. Staff were pleasant. Had to move rooms because the main sink did not work. A passable place.

We arrived @ 8pm. There were homeless people outside picking up garbage and about 4 or 5 guys running around the outside of the hotel hiding around corners. One guy was walking around mumbling, on drugs maybe? When we went into our room we had no towels or blankets. I went back to the front desk to ask for some and there were 4 guys harassing the guy behind the counter. They were telling him they didn't trust him and then when I walked in the guy behind the counter said he would call the cops and then they left. The people in the room above us were running across the floor and making loud thumps all night long! We woke us earlier than planned and decided to just leave the hotel before anything happened.

Scary night at Motel 6!

We checked in at night and my daughter was so scared she almost wanted to car camp instead. It’s clean enough. Our TV and phone were both not functional and the fire alarm was missing. When we first checked in the room we were given was occupied although the hotel staff seemed to have no idea that it was. They did at least refund us 15% for the non-functional amenities.

Well it’s cheap

The most disgusting place I've ever stayed at!  The first room had pebbles in the bed.  There was hair in the bed as well as a footprint on the sheets.  It felt so gross!  The curtains were horrible!  There was NO soap, and two hand towels, with NO bath towels.  It felt ghetto!  We complained and were able to get a different room.  The floor mat was filthy and we felt like the room hadn't been vacuumed.  We got a different room, but it was only slightly better.  We dared not sleep within the sheets, it was still gross with hair.  We put our sleeping bag on top of the bed and "slept" that way.  Barking dogs woke me up as well as a guy yelling at it.  It was definitely the WORST motel I have ever stayed in.

Gross Motel 6 - Stay away!!

Worst motel ever! So bad that after two rooms we went somewhere else.  I booked online because the photos were very nice (taken from the internet no doubt).  This place is foul!  The friendly but sloooow desk clerk gave me a new room when our first room was not cleaned, the beds didn’t appear to be made by anyone over age 6, a pillowcase was missing, there was no soap, gritty dirt and urine on the floor.  There was a missing light fixture and a cockroach in the bathtub.  

Room #2 was even worse:  the curtain was broken and draped over itself (see photos), the most unprofessional-looking beds I’ve ever seen, there was also urine and also muddy footprints on the filthy floor.  This room had soap, though, and burned marks on the bed and weathered laminate floor, and no doubt BEDBUGS.

Not sure if I’ll ever get my money back from Expedia, but this was a lesson to check the reviews before booking!!!  We left.

Worst motel in the US!!!

Horrible. Dry blood & fecal matter everywhere. 
Dirty sheets and towels. Used Toilet paper. Full of tweakers. Drug dealer lives in the Super 8 and walks back and fourth between motels. Floor was full of human fecal matter and poop I couldn’t even poop without having to put a previously used towel on the floor to separate my shoes from the filthy floor. Door locks were broken as if it’s been kicked in. Tweakers outside our window all night until we checked out (5AM). We were there for a matter of 7 hours and I was scared that a gun shot would come into our room. Mind you it’s myself my fiancée and our 1 year old. Place was so disgusting I didn’t mind spending way more tonight in OKC for a Hilton branded hotel. Man stay away from this place. I can’t disclose that enough. Just spend another $20 and get something better a bit further from this janky spot.

Don't come to this hotel!! Doors broke and bent. no towels. No toilet paper no remote. keys don't work.no blanket. I had to get one out of my car.
The man at the desk was doing his best.people were coming in with problems.and asking for refund..I was afraid to leave my room and not be able to get back in....needed all rehab.

Horrible....Don't come here

The room was not cleaned at all. We slept in the same sheets from the guest the night before. The outside gras area was full of dog poop and nothing was cleaned up. Homeless people wondering around, and the surrounding is just not nice at all. We will never return, I would prefer to sleep in my car.

Car. It was occupied!! Had to
Go to office 6 times cause you can’t call them they don’t pick up. No TV although some rooms had them; no towels or soap and no trash can. 4 if the keys didn’t work. No ice either. Worst motel experience ever.  I will contact the motel association to complain

Don’t simply, don’t stay here. it’s worth paying more to go just to be down the block. I stayed here precovid it was ok then, but now it is a true ghetto, not to mention every thing standard that is missing, included in other stays. If i could give zero stars, i would. Motel 6 six should close this place down.
