Cooper is an incredible employee! He will go out of his way to accommodate guests with a smile and a great attitude. As a matter of fact the entire staff is impressive and efficient. It’s nice to know that a hotel will treat you like you matter to them. I get them at everytime at Sonesta ES Suitts in Albuquerque!!!

Great place to stay

Just a great experience staying there!  Not a new property, but the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at.  Great rooms, wonderful beds, full baths for both bedrooms.  The staff in the breakfast area was outstanding - I had to ask each day of our stay for a to go box to take food to my son, and they couldn't have been nicer.  I highly recommend Sonesta ES Suites in Albuquerque!

Outstanding Stay!

Jeffrey provided excellent customer service, he is courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, professional,  & a very caring person!  The other front desk staff & housekeeping also provided excellent customer service; however, we didn’t get everyone’s names.

The only issue we had fir this location is that there are no elevators to the second floor where the most accessible accommodation for us is located so we could not stay.

Excellent 

Arriving after dark, I thought the police cars in the parking lot were a bad sign, but went inside anyway. Jessica was outside, saw me, and hurried to help. Despite the "difficult" situation outside, Jessica remained calm and professional, getting us checked in with the grace and humor I wish I could muster under pressure.  Although I almost turned around to find another motel when I saw the police cars, Jessica completely transformed everything into a positive experience.  Kudos, Jessica! 

Jessica (front desk clerk) upgraded my 1st impression 

We arrived in the middle of the night on a 2,200 mile journey. The front desk and security personnel were so kind and helpful. Our suite seemed huge - but comfortable. The night was bitter cold (already below freezing), but they had the heat turned up for us in the suite. It was as comfortable as home. Breafast the following morning was incredible -- and so welcome after the previous day's grueling travel. "Linda" was the lady who put it all together, making sure no one went away hungry. Linda delivered great food, great service, and great kindness. Actually, the whole staff did. What a wonderful place!

Large, comfortable suites with an excellent breakfast.

I had to make a quick change to my reservation my daughter made for me for lodging. I left that hotel (bad area-truck stop plus no basic furnishings). I drove further up the street and stopped into your ES on Menaul in Albuquerque, NM. What a find! So happy I pulled in. Wonderful studio room with great furnishings, friendly staff, and although I did not bring my pup this time, they are animal friendly. Exercise room, laundry and small store. All this at a competitive price.

Will stay again

The place was a blessing.  We were so tired from our long drive. Cooper was an angel and helped us get a room for a few days while we visit my Mother in Rehab.  We were so worried about her and Cooper was so understanding.  If we go back to Albuquerque, this is where we will stay. Home away from Home.

Good place to rest

We only spent one night here, but the room was actually the size of a large apartment, the buffet breakfast (served from behind a counter due to safety concerns) was hearty, the staff were friendly and efficient, and the room was quiet enough (even though our side of the building bordered the interstate). The only quibbles were that it had no secure wifi and we had to walk quite a ways from the car to our room. The hotel also had an outdoor pool, basketball court and a firepit.
