Way to much activity going on all night couldn't get much rest people just going in and out of rooms like it was some kind of....... Was not too happy in the morning didn't get enough sleep, I don't believe the night shift really pays attention to what is going on in the motel

Whoa

We stayed in one of their basic rooms for 3 nights. There wasn’t a dresser or a closest. It only had a small tv. There weren’t any Pictures on the wall or decor in the room. There wasn’t a hairdryer or shower, only a tub. I had to ask for soap and shampoo since none were provided.

Very Disappointed

The hotel room and hallway had cockroaches. The hallway smelt like trash. The continental breakfast was not done by 7. The pool and hot tub were closed down form inspection and the front desk person was completely rude when we asked about anything. We have tried multiple times to contact a manager and we have been hung up on and told we have the wrong hotel. The most unprofessional place I have ever stayed at.

Nice hotel, had lovely hardwood floors - much better than carpet.  Rooms clean. Beds comfortable and breakfast was delicious.  The layout for breakfast items needs work but lots of choices and they worked hard to make sure all items were available.  

To Grandmother's House We Go

Staff very friendly and extremely helpful in getting us moved to a ground floor room as my wife was having difficulty with the stairs. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Several types of dining options nearby.

Best hotel in Albuquerque check it out every one is nice there is a waffle house next to the hotel they have a good atmosphere and a beautiful veiw of the town i say again check it out on central ave and tramway blvd

Good

It has every basic thing that you may need for a one-night stay during a trip. To improve the customer service quality, they could try to provide a cleaner room, a front desk area with better smell, and more choices for breakfast. Anyway, you paid for what you got. But most of customers won't mind to pay a little more for a better service.

An okay place for a one-night stay

Older hotel, friendly staff. No elevator so if on upper floor be prepared to drag your luggage upstairs. Clean and quiet, and within easy walking distance of Old Town. The latter is definitely worth a visit with lovely old buildings. Very nice.

Second stop on drive across US

This place will rip you off in a minute. besides the rooms being nasty. if you pay ahead. maybe a week at a time and then decide to leave early because you do not like the place..they will keep your entire amount.. NO refunds. They advertise under several different hotel chains until they got caught then just switch to another.  I found a photo where they said they were part of the Marriott chain of hotels.. I called Marriott and the fake ad was removed.

Stay away- not worth the time

Lower the low bar in albq management detached from hotel they don't care advertising free breakfast then don't  poot anything out tell 9 and close at 9:30. Worst hotel ever. If possible don't stay here .🙅
