Ok where to start first going in to the room I immediately noticed that the room was not clean the floors were dirty not swept at all. There were live wires sticking out of the wall the mini fridge was held together literally with ducttape the vents all had mold and dirt in them the bathroom door would not close at all. The worst part of it all is the beds had either bedbugs or scabies as you can see in the pictures. We have a 1yr old that got eaten up with whatever got him. I would suggest you go anywhere else. 

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL

The place is Horrible. Crack Head/ Drug Motel. Filthy rooms. Black Mold, Nasty Bathrooms, No Chairs. No Way, Run as Far as you Can away from this place. Rented 3 rooms there. 2 of them had no refrigerators. None had coffee makers, not that i would drank from one anyway. No soap or anything in the bathrooms at all. This place needs to be Condemmed.

Keep Moving ON!!!!!

First, many drug addicts and criminals live at this motel. Police are there frequent as are EMS because of overdoses.

Second, the place is infested with bed bugs. They must be the walls and insulation because the heat-treatment they do trying to get rid of them does not work.

Third, the staff look like derelicts and most are rude. The owner is rudest of all.

Fourth, the place is filthy. Sticky floors, smells bad, hair and cobwebs.

I know all of this because we had contract laborers housed there. We moved them.

Find another place

Under no circumstances, keep looking, elsewhere.  Dirty. dated. I slept in my clothes. The floor was fithy. Like if you walked to the bathroom without shoes your socks were black. I'm not even close to exaturating.

I have tried their off-site airport parking with hotel... the parking rates for TYS airport was quite cheap and much convenient a compare to actually airport parking rate. I have parked there for a three-day trip.. there was also a free shuttle service with it, for the airport terminal.

Filthy, Prevalent criminal activity, Unsafe conditions, Rude staff, police are here frequently. Don’t let anyone you love stay here. This place should be condemned. Really don’t see how it’s not already shut down as a nuisance business.

The Worst

I was using another hotel app to obtain a hotel room for the night-the one that you pay for the room before you know where it is. I had work issues on the brain when I inadvertently selected this hotel. The building is located at the end of the main runway of McGhee-Tyson airport. The planes are 100ft above the roof as they land. I only hope that I’m gone before they start takeoffs over my head when the wind changes. My room apparently is a refurbished unit that looks nothing like the hotel supplied pictures. Lovely LED lights on the walls. It’s 9pm and they are still working to refurbish the room next door. Check the plane about to land pictured above the hotel lamp pole. Every 5 minutes or so now!  Hopefully I’ll be bugbite free and hot water showered in the morning. 

I can’t stop laughing at my mistake

The place reeked of cigarette smoke, everything was stained, holes in the bedding, the chair had big rip on the arm, This motel is an embarresment  to the travel industry! I will not recommend this place to anyone!

Nasty!

The manager was a real joke,   he took me  to a non smoking room,  it reeked of
Cigarette smoke, filthy the furniture had more holes than a pin cushion,   i asked for a different room and was told there was no others rooms..

My room was clean and up to date. I had a refrigerator and microwave. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom looked like it was recently updated with tile on walls. I did hear the airplane go overhead occasionally but it didn't keep me awake. I have paid twice the amount for a hotel that was no better than this one, definitely a great value for $42 plus tax. I don't think they have breakfast but for that price, who cares.
