The owner over the phone told my friend and I $90 before tax, after checking in he says $100. So we pay and go to our room. The door didn’t close fully and could easily be pushed open. Went to the front desk and wasn’t tended to. Thank goodness nothing happened to my friend and I whilst sleeping. Online it said free WiFi, it wasn’t free. There was one free outlet near the ac/heating unit far away from the bed so I had to charge my phone on the floor. My friends phone and mine kept glitching whilst staying here and alarms kept going off on my phone that I didn’t set. Tv was small and very far away from the bed could barely hear it. There was a ripped up green old pull out sofa in our room which I thought was odd since there wasn’t room to pull it out if need be. Room 45 door needs replaced. Don’t stay here owner is a scammer

Got a king size smoking room. Had issues with the manager allowing our certified service dog to stay. Asked for extra towels... pictures show what we never got, but what was in the room. Room was dirty. Terrible. But you get what you pay for 🤷‍♀️

OMG! 🤦‍♀️

My father was visiting from out of town and we were looking for a room for a week. This small motel was great! The owners are on site and are absolutely pleasant. They do not allow partying (such a plus!), they have nice grassy area all around the property with benches, picnic tables and small grills if you want to use them. Yes, the rooms need to be updated but it’s clean, quiet and close to things with really easy in and out driveway.

Nice & quiet

Lovely family owned motel in a quiet location, yet close to everything. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Basic amenities and a great value can be found at this historic mid-century motel. The grounds are quite nice, with picnic tables, bird houses and gardens. 

Sweet 

This motel is VERY old and dated. The owner was a very nice guy and was friendly. He gave us personal attention when we could not figure out how to use the remote..LOL. However, the price does not reflect a competitive rate with some of the chains that most likley are a bit nicer. I picked this place as the rate was similar to other local places, and reading the reviews the negatives were it was old, and I rather give my $$ to a "mom and pop" place over a large chain so I figured screw it, i will check it out. The room was BIG, there is a microwave and fridge (I didn't need to use) the TV was newer with a HI def signal. The pillows were FLAT and beat down. The sheets were cheap and I am not a fan when a place does not use fitted sheets to protect me from touching old stained up mattresses.  The comforter was old and had burn stains (I know I was in the smoking room, but any type of stain/mark makes one weary). It is the kind of place you keep flip flops on. Just over all VERY RUN down and dingy. The shower had calcium build up that made water spray everywhere, but it was a strong flow had to keep my back to the water. The tiles were stick 'em, kind and not matching, the wallpaper was peeling, rust and water stains all over. The motel is off the main road and tucked away so it was quiet and your car is parked just outside your room.

I kind of feel bad because the owner was so very nice and said he has owned the motel for 18 yrs. However, I am just being honest. The room should not have been more than $50 for the night. He really needs to spruce the place up bad.

Old Motel - Run down - But if you cannot afford anything better good enough for one night sleep

I frequently stay here because I always know what to expect. The friendly owner is always on site and he keeps the property very nice. This is a perfect hotel for the business traveler, contractor, trucker, etc. who is looking for a nice clean room for a good price. The rooms are super clean, well maintained, both the room and bathroom are larger than most. I also enjoy the convenience and security of parking right outside my room.

Great place and excellent value!

An older motel but quiet , clean , and comfortable and you can't beat the price . Hot water  , microwave and refrigerator all worked well . This motel is located near route 22 , 222 , 78 and 100 so you can pretty much get anywhere in the Allentown area fairly easily from its location .

Decent motel for the money .

In the area for niece's college graduation from Lafayette in Easton. Looking for place to stay nearby and all the hotels in Easton were a bit pricey. I found this motel on Expedia which was about 25 mins away from college and the price was reasonable ($69 a night). I decided to give it a try after reading the reviews which weren't that bad. I like parking next to the room. The room was about what I expected from reading the reviews. Room had a old/closed up smell (similar to a musty basement), old/dated furniture, old/worn out linen, worn out towels, old fixtures, no upgrades what so ever but clean enough for decent night's rest. I only stayed one night bu would stay again if I needed to save money on lodging in this area. Also the front desk clerk was friendly and the internet was quick

What I expected, good night rest

I have stayed here on a couple of occasions when I've had business in the Lehigh Valley but was feeling cheap.  It is an older property, but is reasonably well-maintained (mostly) and kept (mostly) clean.  

You might find mildew in the grout, but everything else will be clean, including the microwave and fridge.  Some older stains might appear in ghost-like fashion.  Unlike the other nearby cheap independent motel, this place is pretty quiet and free of riff-raff.  Non-smoking rooms don't smell like smoke.  The rooms are spacious by current standards.  They don't have a lot of outlets though, if one is looking to plug in a lot of gadgets.

The couple that runs this place is fairly nice, but do let them know (either by phone or via whatever booking tool you use) if you plan on coming late - your late check-in will go much faster!

Though this is not the most amazing local inn I've ever stayed at - I have stayed here before and will stay here again.  It's decent for the money.
