The front desk worker was great!
What was bad
Wifi was down. Very frustrating because I needed for business transactions. I changed room twice as a result, but still had no wifi. What can you do to compensate me for the lack of wifi? Also the lights in the sink AND bathroom flickered.

What was bad
They put me in nonsmoking after clearly stating I needed a smoking room at arrival. After going back down to change rooms After all that there was no key to the room. The manager had a hard key because the card reader did not work. Had to go to front desk and they had to call manager each time I needed back in my room. This was the worst hotel experience I ever had. The sink still had hair and shaving cream in it from previous visitors.
