We have lived here full time since 2020. The first two years we were in our travel trailer and we loved it so much we bought a park model. The park is beautifully maintained, management and staff are amazing and we love the amenities. This is the nicest park in this area and the rates are very reasonable. We are happy that we made our forever home here and couldn’t imagine being anywhere else. 

Our Little Piece of Paradise 

This the best RV park in the area. Well maintained and much to offer but, the WIFI is sub par. Of the 4 stays on our trip down this is by far the slowest and most unreliable WIFI. Not a deal breaker but very annoying.

I’m actually very surprised that there are 5 star reviews. My experience, as many others was no where close to 5 stars. My husband and I stayed here for 2 months, then left because it was too expensive and we were itching to get out.

Be very careful of the lot you choose or the rental you get put in. They charge WAY too much for what your getting. Staying in one of their rentals is more expensive than a luxury apartment. I’ve never seen rent for a trailer $1700 for one month. The free WiFi is horribly slow (it only sometimes loaded google) and the free cable is very limited. It’s called a resort, but really it’s just another RV park. 

Don’t bother visiting the on-site gym unless you’re desperate. This facility is placed horribly along the road. It might as well be next to a major highway because it sounds like it. The traffic never stops. It prevented me and my husband from sleeping most nights. If it wasn’t the noise from motor bikes, horns honking, or trucks speeding; it was the drunken noisy neighbors next door who would yell and play VERY loud music into all hours of the night multiple times a week. I do not know how they are allowed to live there- this park must not follow its own rules.

The unit itself was clean and fairly nice even though the living room furniture was very uncomfortable, the washing machine was tiny, the doors had a hard time deadbolting properly, and the storage layout was subpar. 

Do not rent unit 9. There is something wrong with the way this unit was manufactured. There is a horrible chemical smell coming from the materials in the walls. It almost smells like stink bugs. All of our clothes smelled like it by the time our stay was over. You may need to purchase cockroach insecticide as we had many trying to come inside from under the doors. I assume someone near us had them in their home.

If you can get a unit or lot in the back corner, this place may be suitable for a long-term stay. There are convenient dumpsters on-site for trash removal. I enjoyed the pool and game room in the clubhouse while we were there. I appreciated being able to get mail there. Our A/C went out while we were there and someone was available that afternoon to fix it. Staff were pleasant and helpful until it was an issue that really mattered like dirty cockroaches, price points, customer concerns, rule violations, or safety issues. There were a few sketchy people that regularly came into the park just to drive around and leave again. There’s no point in having an access gate because everyone and there brother has the code (which hasn’t been changed in years). I heard about a few break-ins and other concerns from other guests. Only stay here unless you have no other options.

Don’t let the 5 star reviews fool you.

We are full-time rv’ers  and this was a very nice park. Easy to enter this gated community, very clean, wonderful staff, lots of things to do.  We were on a big cement slab with a wide site for our motor home. We will come back here again!

Wonderful RV Park!

The best RV Park I’ve ever been to. The grounds are so  well kept. Everyone in the office Karen Karen and Donna are amazing and Frank an George in maintenance  are so helpful. It’s clean, friendly people, nice amenities, the Tiki Hut is beautiful and the sites are large and beautiful.

My wife and I spent the winter at Three Lakes RV Resort in Hudson Fl.   Great location with plenty to do.  With  shopping,  parks, kayaking,  bike trails and beaches close by.  The resort has amenities that include a heated pool, club house, pickleball, shuffleboard, laundry and two spotless bathhouses.  The park is impeccably manicured, George and Frank are always available to help with site needs.   Donna the resort manager the Karen's  and the rest of the staff were very friendly, helpful and transparent.  Can't wait to go back!

Both Karen's in the office are always happy to help me. They appear to have knowledge of events happening on the compound, restaurants and parks suited for you if you have an animal. If am issue arise and they are informed it is handle in a timely manner. They made my state more enjoyable. Thanks for everything.

We can't say enough nice things about the staff, cleanliness and amenities at this hidden gem of an RV resort. Donna, Karen (x2), Roxy, Kitty, George and Frank are awesome, you couldn't find more gracious hosts.

Outstanding experience

I am a resident here...I rented site# 264 for a week..My Niece was very pleased it was comfortable & clean...bright & sunny...Also Safe...I would definitely recommend family members & friends to rent here while on vacation...That way they can have their own space...The word is out....Thank You...She May be interested in purchasing a place here...Home away from Home setting ...

Local trip for a few days in RV. Kids loved the pool and playing shuffleboard. Need picnic tables at site.clean and well maintained. We all had a great time. firepit in back of resort was used one night
