Very helpful front desk clerk. Room was clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable and great water pressure in shower. VERY good breakfast! Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Room odor was disgusting, smelled like mildew / urine. Not clean. Nightstand was dirty. Will not be back. Carpet needs replacing. Libby in much better condition than the rooms. My advice, stay in El Dorado .

I have stayed at the Holiday inn before , the people are always friendly.Harmony was great as usual.she worked her magic and got  us a nice room for our stay .A sad occasion was made easier because of her,I look forward to going back on a better occasion.

Going back home.

Had a wonderful recent stay.   Hotel is very clean and it is evident that the staff takes pride in detail and providing top notch customer service.  

I was greeted a number of times and asked if they could be of service several times during my stay.   The king size room was extremely spacious and was stocked with several flavors of coffee service with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner pumps of high quality in the bathroom.  Bedding was very comfortable with 6 down pillows.  

Breakfast was good with 3 different omelettes, biscuits and gravy, sausage links, cereals, cinnamon rolls, a self serve pancake machine, grits and oatmeal, juices and fruits.   Nice fitness facility and a great place to stay.   Pool is outdoors so it is not available during the winter months.  Definitely look forward to staying again!

Welcoming and Spot On

The hotel and our room was clean and all of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Their pool is clean and they offer nice lounge chairs. In addition, they have a grill on site that guests are welcome to use.

Anniversary trip

I had a great 6 night stay here. The rooms were nice. . Breakfast was good. The staff was really friendly and competent. Cindy at the front desk is delightful. The Jackalope Man will stay here again. This is a great hotel.

Siuthern Hospitality

I was disappointed. Not your typical Holiday Inn Express. More like someone put a bandaid on an old hotel. Breakfast was poor at best. Coffee in room horrible. Service good. Room clean. Not worth their high price.

In town for graduation

We stayed here for over a week,had 5 rooms for my crew.The staff is unbelievable! This is one of the best Holiday Inns i have ever stayed at! We spend 275 days a year in a hotel,so believe me,you will not be sorry! Its clean,the maids do an exceptional job,and Lori the manager is great! We will be back again!

Great place to stay!!

My sister and I spent one night here and we were very pleased with the room and the entire experience. The front desk personnel were very welcoming and professional. The room was clean and the beds very comfy! The breakfast was good, too! We love the signature cinnamon rolls!I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice Place to Stay

We spent 2 nights here. The rooms were bright, clean and comfortable. The staff was so friendly and helpful. If I could give them more stars I would!!  We looked at the other hotels in the area and would only recommend this hotel!
