Take your business else where. Roaches! Asked owner for refund 30 minutes there, he refused. Not able to use reward points from 3rd party apps. At the low price people still deserve decency and modernization. Feels dirty and looks like it's worth $0. Roaches!!!!! See video

An old motel from a different time reminiscent of Route 66.  Don't let the slightly rundown look of the property deter a visit.  Everyone was very nice and friendly and the room delivered everything it promised.  It was clean, had a microwave and a refrigerator.  The walls were thick and, unlike much more expensive properties wherein I've stayed, soundproof.  The property is quiet and there are numerous security cameras.  Requests for extra towels was handled promptly.  If you have a need for a budget accommodation that is pet friendly with a refrigerator, you cannot go wrong with this location.  Two special notes, however.  The shower is a challenge to figure out and, with the exception of soap, you need to supply your own toiletries.  It is, after all, a budget motel.

Storm Refugees

I was in desperate need for a place to stay while I'm working a turnaround in a near by town,  The town I am working in only offered outrageous rates per week. I am not on vacation so refused to pay $120 - 140 per week.  I searched for 2 days with the help of my friends at home trying to help me find somewhere that was affordable and safe. Finally someone at work told me about the Budget Inn and said that its 30 miles away and offering very good rates. I am so glad I decided to make the drive after work and check it out.  When I saw the property and its location I booked my reservation. The staff have been extremely nice and willing to help anyway they can .If you are going to be in the area for any length of time i would highly suggest for you to check them out.  The rooms are clean and the property is well lighted at night plus I really like the tv and cable they offer. It's been better service than i've had at much larger hotels.

Thank Goodness for the Budget Inn!

So first the good. I stayed in a kitchenette. The location is safe and the grounds are kept tidy. Unlike many weekly hotels not a druggie crowd. Very quiet. Most of management seems attentive. Everything worked though gas stoves in a hotel was off putting. The TV had a lot of channels and worked great. 

Now the bad, the pool is not functioning and is a complete eyesore. AC struggled to keep up, send a but undersized got the room. They bill themselves as pet friendly but only want your dogs on a small patch of ground at the very back of the place which at night is very uninviting due to a massive hole in their fencing that allows people to cut across. The management lives here and the male is extremely opinionated. He criticized my pets and forced is to have three cleanings a week because he's very complaining about pets and them having "smells" and constantly wanted us to leave the room door open.  He also tried to walk off with my $130 computer chair. 

I wouldn't stay again myself. Dude needs to chill. The ladies are very nice as is their groundskeeper.
