The people who check me in we're very courteous and they also worked with me on the deposit which I thought was very helpful thanks guys. Also the next morning I was a little bit late getting up and they politely woke me up to tell me what time it was that was not rude at any time

Friendly service

Stayed one night. Room was clean and neat. They need to update there beds, but for the price not bad. Breakfast was okay. Motel is located close to shopping and resterant. Pool was clean and staff was very nice. I would stay there again.

Magic springs

We stopped here passing through just to sleep a few hours. It was clean . we stayed in room 202. The room is a little outdated. We paid 60$ . served its purpose. Wouldn't want to stay here for more than one night. Staff was friendly.

This is by far one of the worst hotels I have been in a very long time .Checked in late around 11:40 pm the front desk was very nice I asked for a smoking room and was given the disabled room ( absolutely ok with it no complaints about that ) .The room smelled horrible upon entering into the bathroom I see a spider and a dead bug on the floor . It was so hot in the room so I immediately got to turn on the ac and after 2 hours it is still hot . The air unit barely kicked on all night long ! Such a disappointment .The only reason why im giving 2 stars instead of 1 is 1 star extra was  given for the person that checked me inn he was very nice and polite .

The only good thing was the staff

Me, my kids and my husband rent a double bedroom last night and at first it was ok then we started itching, the beds had bed bugs and ants on them, there was no bath soap or anything, they gave us a different room which ok after but when I went down to the office for a soda the lady at the front desk was rude to me and barely paying attention to me at all because she was talking and laughing with someone on the phone this motel lost 4 customers for good and I will be telling everyone I know about our horrible time here and I will make sure to NOT RECOMMEND it to anyone

DISAPPOINTED!!!!

.we stayed in room 105, ground floor. there was a 3 foot black snake that got into our room. fortunately I saw it come in and stepped on his head and picked it up and threw it out into a grassy area. the continental breakfast was terrible. stale bread, and the lobby vending machine was broken. manager could only speak broken language. will never stay at this hotel again. terrible management, and dirty.

This motel is horrible.  It's very noisy, dirty, unkempt and quite frankly one of the worst motels we've ever stayed in.  Carpets and furniture need a deep clean, the sheets had been laundered but were still stained.  The towels in the bathroom were so small and thin they were more like dishcloths.  The toilet cistern was leaking into the toilet bowl every ten minutes accompanied by the noisiest plumbing ever.  The bath / shower tap is broken off allowing only the shower head to work. The fan in the bathroom comes on when you put the light on - the noise of the fan made the plumbing seem quiet, not good in the middle of the night. There was a floorlamp with no bulb and at least one other light not working, the freezer part of the fridge was solid ice.  Around 9pm there was a throbbing noise which could be felt as well as heard (our room was directly above the hotel laundry), we complained to the front desk, we were told it was horses in a nearby field.  It wasn't.  He came to our room and then told us it was noise from a truck parked in the lorry park which is adjacent to the motel.  It wasn't that either.  He then told us he couldn't hear anything.  Consequently it was one of the worst nights sleep ever, we just didn't bother with breakfast and on checking out, the person in reception just laughed in my face when I said it was one of the worst motels we've ever stayed in.  Rude unhelpful staff, do yourself a massive favour and keep driving anywhere than stay here.
