The side facing Atlanta is an incredible view- literally breath taking at night.  Food delivery is WAAAY high in this part of town, but Walmart delivers groceries and having a kitchen is a huge plus.  Management has to be strict in order to keep trashy people out.  Monthly rent is around $1400.... including electricity, and no real deposit to speak of.  I wouldn't walk around this neighborhood after dark, and I am an Atlanta native who grew up in this neighborhood.

Good Deal for Monthly Rent (way cheaper than apartments in midtown)

This has been the worst experience ever. I hear gun shots every night, and i found blood and pee on my mattress during covid. When i brought this to the managers attention she tried to kick me out instead of offering me a new room or a new bed at least!

Worst hotel ever

Most horrific accommodations ever. My relatives stayed at this property and had a horrible stay. they were told the sheets were only changed monthly, water flooded the room whenever it rained, sink was filthy, exhaust hood was disgusting with grease, ac did not have filter, drug use through out the property, prostitution everywhere, FRONT DOOR DIDN'T EVEN LOCK!!! Management(Andrew Roper, Toni Roberts) is in-existent and unable to help. Don't even try to contact corporate, its a waste of time.

DONT STAY HERE

First off i would like to say my review is reserved withholding prejudice. My experience during check in was mind boggling fromt desk service rep:Larry didnt greet me he was too busy in to his conversation o his cell i really dont think he noticed or he just wasn't paying attention ...no eye contact no smile no friendly gesture. Customer service rate F 38%. During my stay Larry was very rude and unprofessional. The maintenance man Andrew or Andre ( name tag displayed his name as Aubery any who that man doesnt do much handy work . My shower leaked for 2 weeks not to mention the toliet seat was broken toliet isnt sealed properly and the back up smell. Eeww. He seem oddly weird but that could be From the alcohol. Eyes blood shot red terrible. He doesn't announce himself upon entering your room ( personally speaking). Housekeeping was great all three ladies were nice and polite. Room wasnt in the greatest / best shape. Property wasn't that dirty besides the trash outside the trash bin.

Poorly managed employees are the dealers

First off, the guy at the front desk was amazing. I wish I had his name so that I could properly recognize his service. He was welcoming, informative, and very customer service oriented. 

The room was bright and clean, nice fridge and TV. The beds were comfortable and we had a nice view of downtown. The bathroom was a nice size with excellent water pressure. 

On the other hand, the blankets had huge burn holes in them, and the stove did not work properly. There were no towels in our room upon check in and we didnt get any towels until I went to the desk and inquired about them the day before checkout (which was the day AFTER our scheduled housekeeping day). Luckily we were close to a Walmart where we bought our own. 

Overall, It was a comfortable stay. People were minding their business yet friendly. My only request would be to provide customer service even during checkout. It seems that they really didn't want to be bothered with us once they found out that we wouldn't be staying past our initial week.

Comfortable room

Ordered a reservation over a month in advance. Talked to multiple people over a month and they did not honor their reservation. Now I'm homeless for a month.  No respect for the customer and completely unprofessional.

Stay away

They break into your car's  and people walks all night even if they renovated the property the rooms are stale smelling they don't clean the rooms properly either. You can hear the people next door, they say no smoking .You can still smell people smoking. Management is terrible,always has an attitude. The laundry room, the washer doesn't wash your clothes properly and the dryers don't work properly.

Too many people think this is a hotel or a motel.  This is an extended stay apartment complex that allows you to move in without a long term lease.  These rooms come with flat screen televisions mounted on the wall, and the rooms are fully furnished.  Clients have weekly maid service, off street parking, a 24 hour security officer, onsite laundry, and all amenities are included.  Clients are allowed to redecorate the room as they choose as long as you do not paint the walls.  This location is within a few miles of almost where every you want to go in midtown or downtown. Your rent is due on a weekly or monthly basis.  I moved here months ago and my room is fully customized to my taste in decor.  I understand people being disappointed if they think they are going to a luxury hotel, but they are coming to an extended stay apartment community and they want a "Hilton Hotel" experience.
