Very friendly and personable staff. Great value for your money. Nice, clean room with mini-fridge and microwave. Multiple food options for on-site breakfast (I enjoyed the make your own waffle).  Also has a pool, but we didn't use it since we didn't bring any suits. Very minimal charge for a dog, and had room on first floor close to door to let out the dog. Had a couple grassy areas to choose from for pet relief.  Highly recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay for family with a dog!

I travel a lot and have stayed in hotels for the last 20 years. America's Best is one of the better ones that I have stayed at. The staff members are nice and helpful and answer any and all questions you may have. There is plenty of parking. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. They even have a indoor pool. 

Great Staff

This Inn is just off I-80 and worth the drive. Very helpful and courteous staff, room very clean and everything I needed for a comfortable night. Close to restaurants and a Walmart just across the street. I will stay here again.

Very nice stay!

Every site I checked said this was a Super 8 but when I stopped it turned out to be America's Best Value Inn. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. She was even interested in a history project that I was doing and she and another person was able to point me to the site of an extinct village where there was a roadside plaque that I was searching for. The check-in was efficient and the room was better than I have ever had. The bedroom was very large and included a 46" TV. (Yes, I measured it diagonally, I'm a retired TV tech).The bathroom was really nice and even had separate switches for the light and fan. I hate when the fan comes on every time you turn on the light. Breakfast consisted of biscuits and gravy, boiled eggs, waffles, toast, cereal, orange and apple juices and coffee. Top that off with a reasonable price. Thank you staff, you were wonderful. I'll be back.

Best stay I have ever had.

Rooms were big and clean!  They also had a pool and a breakfast buffet.  Staff was nice and accommodating 😀

Price was also great at $79/night.  It was only 7 miles or so from I-80.  We couldn’t find a hotel close to I-80 that had a pool for the kids.  

This place was a gem!  So glad we stayed here. 

Great motel and great price!

Very pleased with our stay here. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very courteous and helpful. If you are planning to stay in this are i would definately recommend this hotel. Will stay here here again :)

Atlantic, Iowa

The hotel is conveniently located, the staff is friendly, and the rooms clean and spacious.    Compares favorably with hotels with higher prices.   This is an older property and is well maintained.  I will definitely stay again.  

Great value

I have stayed here before and have always been pleased. My only complaint would be how the road workers always take the closest parking places to the motel then hang out there drinking, smoking, and using bad language.

Tailgating!

The staff was very nice.  Our room was clean and very roomy.  The only problem which we reported, the cleaning staff didn't close our door so it would lock.  Nothing was missing, but it could have been.  Their was a nice recliner which came in handy for my husband

I Would stay again.

Always stay here when we passing through seeing relatives good motel for budget-minded people rooms are clean check-in check-out staff are very polite and so is housekeeping I just wish they would bring back their eggs and sausage on there breakfast bar but I still will recommend close to Walmart& McDonald's
