This place is disgusting, not fully furnished (what good is renting a place with a kitchen that has nothing in it). When I complained to the front office I was informed that fully furnished never means stocked?!?  We used extended stay places all the time and they always come stocked.  Our room was nasty so I complained and asked for a cleaner one. You get maid service ONCE a week yet no broom or vacuum is provided. I understand this is not a high budget place but last time we were in Auburn we stayed at studio six in Opelika for the same price as here and it was fully furnished, fully stocked, and very clean so I am very shocked by this place. Unfortunately for the couple weeks we’re going to be here they were fully booked. This place is so gross I immediately went to the store to by my kids slippers and clean bedding. We will be looking for a new place to stay because I won’t make it here the full three weeks we have to be here. I should have read Trip Advisor first but I booked this off Booking.com and it was rated a 7. Either super old ratings or an awful lot of people with lower standards. I wish I could attach photos of how disgusting this place is but it keeps giving me error codes.

Not as advertised!

We came to town for my Nephews Graduation, even 9 months in advance the whole town was booked, was lucky enough to find a place at the Extended Stay, I wasn't expecting much because of the price, but was surprised, the office was closed when got into town, but the manager was on sight and came right out, the room was not bad, a little compact but it suited our purpose, it had a kitchen which was nice, the staff was friendly and the room was clean. The pool area was nice and I was able to BBQ out there, saving money!

Reasonably priced for Auburn Graduation

Stayed one night.It had a kitchen in it.Was not expecting that.Had a large fridge in it.The room was clean.A new company had bought it.It had a laundry mat in it to wash clothes.People stay here when they are working in town for long periods of time.No one was working at the desk on Sunday so we had to leave the key in a box .It was an OK stay.

The only positive aspect was the nice guy at check in. I've stayed at this property several times, but not since it was bought by a different company. Previously, minimal plates, silverware, and dishwashing detergent, all of which was gone this time. The carpet was dirty, bathroom smelled like a sour dishrag, tub was dirty, dust in the corners. I checked in on a Tuesday for five nights and was told at check in that my cleaning day was Monday. Therefore the room was not cleaned the entire stay. It didn't seem to matter that I mentioned that at check in. Sheets were thin and worn,. Pillows lumpy and worn. After a hard rain, somehow tons of cigaret butts ended up all over the sidewalk on the sidewalk outside my door and even all over the door mat. They were still there when I left three days later. Obviously no care given to the outside, either. Could not wait to leave! I suppose it's true that you get what you pay for. And then you pay for what you get. There is no way I will go back.

Nothing But Nasty!!

Dirty, old, shower didn't work. Air conditioner had large pieces of dirt(like animal droppings) in it. Table and night stand surfaces weren't cleaned. Floor was horrible. Disgusting! No staff after hours.
