Not so good for Class B, you can get one in here but parking lot is more for cars. Check in was fast and efficient. Does require $20 deposit. Room is clean.  Not much in way of eating places. Wendy’s is in walking distance. No coffee maker for those who like coffee in their room.

After spending a week at resort on Hilton Head island I can honestly say we had a VERY restful and comfortable night's sleep HERE!!!!

The mattress was a very comfortable pillow top... New. I had my own pillow... Necessity for me. The only thing missing on our room was a waste basket.

The breakfast is cereal or pre-packaged muffins or dry bread to toast. The coffee maker is excellent. The juice watered down.

The lobby smelled awful! The only real complaint we had. Not sure why they don't just air it out. Someone smokes.. Allot... Really bag first impression. Thankfully the room made up for it.

All in all... We will stay here again when passing through.

My son and I had the most unpleasant, disgusting hotel experience of our lives at the Rodeway Inn in Austell, GA. It should be illegal to advertise this hotel with the photos and amenities currently being used. I had to spend an hour on the phone with Priceline to cancel the next two nights, then I had to spend a fortune getting another hotel last minute.  The entire first floor reeks of cigarettes and weed, our room smelled horrific and the smoke smell was present throughout our stay. I have to throw out my hundred dollar memory foam pillow because the stench in the room is lingering on it days later. Air conditioner was full of rust and mold, and there was rust and filth all over the bathroom. The one outlet in the room was hanging from the wall in pieces and couldn't be used. The chair in the room was torn up. There were dead bugs on the bed. The advertised indoor pool has been closed and the windows are covered with cardboard. The breakfast consists of stale white bread and dollar store honey buns. I have never experienced anything as horrific as this at a hotel and we witnessed a gun fight in the parking lot of a Memphis hotel last year. I will never stay at a Rodeway Inn again, as they are apparently individually owned with no quality control whatsoever.

Most Disgusting Hotel Ever

First when we went in it smelled like weed would take your breath. There was no towels we had rugs for towels no wash rags . The air didn't cool  very hot in the room .Only good thing the bed was very comfortable ,the front desk was very nice .We paid 80.00 and it wasn't worth it should of not been over 40.00 .

Found bed bugs at 2am while my 1year old son slept in the bed with me. I left a dead one on the front counter desk and the clerk said he didn't seen them in the room when they were clearly on the wall and in both beds. My sister stayed across from me and found a roach on her cell phone.
DO NOT STAY HERE!

BED BUGS AND ROACHES

I have never left a hotel because it was so bad.  

The ceiling was falling apart.  The air conditioning had been leaking for long enough that three feet away the carpet was wet.  

Just dirty.  There was a dehumidifier in the hallway which should have been an indication.  

The website noted the hotel had been recently upgraded.  This was completely false.  

Not livable

Nice hotel but a little far from the main activities otherwise the rooms are fine but the bed is a little soft and we were very well received, breakfast is fine overall...

ALL NEW ROOMS, promises a large banner on the side of the street of this hotel. If so, then the new rooms were equipped with the worn-out furnishings of the old rooms. These beds were spaced, the carpet floor was trampled and stained. The cleanliness of our room left much to be desired. The windows had probably never seen a lap, the air conditioning was totally contaminated and smelled accordingly, the toilet was loose in front of the laundry room, so one had to be afraid of constantly scrubbing it. With the room service, it remains unclear at any rate what he was actually doing with his name. The recipe for the uncertainty of the six was also doubtful.
