This was a really nice hotel and the staff was amazingly friendly and accommodating. I was greeted by Naomi on check in and she went above and beyond to ensure that I enjoyed my stay.. The room was comfortable and very nice decor. Not overdone but just right. Some hotels can do too much but this was absolutely perfect. Nice sized kitchenette and the shower was big walk-in size. I would definitely recommend this location to a friend. I do plan on returning for a future stay. Loved it!

Awesome Service & Great Stay

Stayed there for one night. I was asked to leave my credit card up front for security purposes. It was a prepaid card so I left it. I was awoken to find a charge to a porn site, and used wifi. Turned out guy at front desk Raul had used my card to buy some porn and somehow did the same on my PayPal while using their wifi. I was reimbursed with cash. Anyway throughout the night people set up outside playing dominos and obviously saw people buying crack throughout the night. There seemed to be a watcher looking out for cops. The room well my sheets were stained with blood and I found a crack pipe. Constant yelling at night and running around. Horrible horrible place.

Disgusting. Dirty. Killed 3 bugs in Less than 7 hours. Ripped/cut up/stained curtains, stained and burned sheets, stained towels, rusted tub drain that fell out, pretty sure was bitten by bed bugs (makes me itch thinking about it), no deadbolt (very uncomfortable traveling as single woman). No wonder was asked to pay cash.

I'd rather sleep in my car

I am going through a battle with homelessness. My family and I were referred to this hotel through a program so that we wouldn't have to sleep in the car. I am grateful for the opportunity, however I am confident that if the organization knew what they were paying for and the conditions of the hotel room, this place would not have been selected. I was shown room 303 after waiting for 2 hours to be able to check in. The room was disgusting! The room smelled of cigarettes and body odor. It was severely unclean. The comforters were ratty and the carpet was stained. There was an older TV, small microwave and small refrigerator. While waiting outside the property for those 2 hours there was a lot of sketchy activity. There was a code enforcement truck outside when we pulled up. Before you can access the front counter you have to be buzzed in, and this is during daylight hours. The front desk agent(owners) are behind a large pane of glass, so you have to communicate with them through the small opening. I know that people need a place to go, however they should not be taken advantage of just because they may distressed state. The owners should have been ashamed to have even shown me that room. They know the condition of their property an still wanted to accept the payment from people. I am choosing to sleep in my car to avoid them having one cent of this organizations funds. I pray for the people that have to live there. This place will be shut down if changes are not made and I hope to be financially able to house the people left behind when it does. The owners could have said that they do not have suitable accommodations for a family, instead they just wanted the money hoping that it would be someone to endure the horrible conditions of the room for 2-3 weeks. If in your power do not support these owners by allowing them to continue to run a hotel/motel/boarding house in slum conditions. Please do not stay here and pray for those that do!

The only reason I chose this place was because it was affordable. But I'd rather save money buy staying at the park and buying a tent. The lady at the front, was so disrespectful. It's evident she doesn't know much English.. but she acts like she doesn't understand. She was even on the phone speaking different tongues while helping me. During my stay, cops were in and out. Plenty of people asked me to buy drugs and food stamps. My room was infested with roaches. The bed sheets were stained with who knows what. There was stains everywhere. On the walls. On the picture frames. On the carpet. There was ever graffiti allllllll over the walls. The only thing that was decent was the bathroom.. but the lights didn't work and they didn't fix that or even provide me with a microwave. The rooms smelt horrible. I'm use to the typical hotel smells, but this room smelt like straight drugs and sex. THERE WAS CONSTANT ARGUING AT NIGHT. So hard to get rest. I honestly don't recommend this place to anyone. Everyone that stays there, looks like they've been renting month to month for years. Everyone had a routine of staying infront of their doors drinking, smoking crack, and selling white.
