I told this employee was getting a 12 out of 10 rating on trip advisor from me. Super friendly and amazing hospitality skills! Does not make you feel rushed and really does give you the room best for your needs!

Fantastic employees!

Roaches, dirty chair, bath vanity missing bottom floor, spotted comforters, 1 inch gap under front door. 

We spoke with the front desk clerk immediately after opening the door to the room, he advised that he could not move us to another room because we had entered the room. 

I asked for the general manager to give me a call.  The front desk clerk advised that the GM was in Miami, and could not be contacted by me via email. 

Nationwide customer service advised that they could do nothing further,  they did document and gave me an incident number.

Disappointed

Hotel was a last resort-nothing nicer was available.  Outside didn’t look too bad, inside of the room was obviously a poorly executed renovation, but appeared to be fairly clean. BUT-the carpet was old, stained and generally just nasty.  Come Monday, I will be calling the local Health Dept.  They should not be able to expose the public to something this filthy.  Our choice was to wear shoes at all times, or sleep in our car.  We were simply too tired to drive to anything else, even if we had been able to locate a room.  My advice-don’t!!

Filthy carpet!

This place has gone way downhill - and their customer base is gone. I came back after work and my room was OPEN - I went to the front desk to get some help, but the clerk was not at work. There were housekeepers there, but no front desk support. I had to leave after about an hour of waiting - no way was I staying there when someone with a key got into my room. 
I called the owner to try and get a refund - she refused. I called the 800 number - they did not give me I refund for a night I didn’t use, and a room opened while I was gone. 
I’ve since moved to another hotel nearby - the last 2 times I stayed I saw police at the Quality Inn. The parking lot is also near empty. 
Avoid this place, for your safety.

Came back to hotel room OPEN - and they wouldn’t refund me. Cops here a lot.

I am at this motel a lot for work - and have been since February 2021. When I started coming here, there was WiFi. No more. I can’t remember the last time it worked - it will work very spotty, and only occasionally. 
It’s a no smoking hotel, but a lot of people stay here and smoke weed. I don’t know if they are penalizing them financially, but it’s a consistent thing. I smell it constantly when the housekeepers are airing out and cleaning the room. If you have asthma, be aware. 
The housekeeper ladies have been there a while, and do a great job. They have been gracious and helpful. 
Michael at the front desk is the best. Lisa is sweet- but other times I’ve arrived to no one at the desk, and had to call them up to the front just to check in. 
This is a motel that is just on the edge. The beds or comfortable, the A/C is cold, and there is a fridge in every room. The carpet is atrocious - bring your flip flops - and it’s showing it’s age. 
The parking lot is well lit - which is good. 
There is potential here for this property to slide into a bad place, or up into a safe go-to. 
It’s a cheap motel - you get what you get.

No WiFi, kinda sketchy, usually good care

I was a guest last month, and your Front Desk clerk Ms.Kelly is a wonderfully patient and kind woman. That phone literally would ring ever time she hung it up, and people where steadily driving in, but she never lost her cool, she just kept working away...I've been in that situation before, and gotten frazzled, she is an excellent team member and deserves a raise.

Just another traveler

I spent 3 days a week here February - April. I chose it because the reasonable price, and the room has a microwave and fridge. 
I continued to stay because the manager went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met - I stayed in the back building, which is quieter (especially on weekends). Jasmine always had my paperwork and keys ready when I arrived, and called me by name - she was a delight. If I ran into any issues with the room, they addressed them immediately. 
This is a motel - it has been upgraded, and continues to be upgraded. There are no more smoking rooms, and I’m grateful for that!  It is not fancy - but the beds are very comfortable, and the rooms were always clean. There is water damage to the roof in some rooms, as well as some wear and tear damage on some walls. The carpets have been replaced in some rooms - in others, they are worn. I just wear slippers. 
There is a lot of food nearby, as well as a Wal-Mart. It was handy to park right in front of my room to unpack. 
It’s a clean, economical choice. 

Above and Beyond 

The place was quite as a mouse we had few beers and left early each morning good choice breakfast wise great maintained 24/7 staff electric for boaters area fixed thanks great trip clean area renovations looking great

Fishing trip

There are very few choices in Bainbridge.  Have stayed here in the past, but the building is definitely showing wear and tear both inside and out.  The room was not too bad, with a comfortable memory foam mattress.  I did have issues with the room door locking behind me when I left the room.  Mentioned this to front desk clerk but it was never fixed.  Still, the best value for the money in town.

This hotel seems to have more contractors than family guests. I guess that's why there's no sense of urgency to keep the place clean or updated. Our room had a strong musty odor. On a positive note the bed was comfortable.
