A beautiful and peaceful place to stay just on the outskirts of Bandera. The staff is friendly and ready to help. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Bandera is wider known as the cowboy capital of the world. There are many western themed activities in the area.

After posting pics on my social media tons  of friends are asking where is this beautiful place. I don't even want to share the info ! We loved this place the river area is private and was very peaceful and we were by ourselves out there no cramping spaces. The water is very clear and shallow in all that are that the kids played freely and had soo much fun. We bbq next to the water under a gorgeous tree .. after the river we were back to the resort to swim on the pool . We loved the property all of it ! well kept and maintained for the owners .. These people walk around the property work at this ranch and are easily accessible! this family is very very nice . Is customer service at its finest!!! They take care of all the visitors needs ! 
The amenities are great the kids and adults enjoyed the hay ride .. We were in awee for all the animals . They have the best care an animal could have, they are loved and respected. The Owners took us on the hay ride and talked to us about the a animals,  the ranch and schedule. 
We enjoyed everything and we can't wait to go back and stay a few days. I didn't see anything wrong not even the guest everybody is well organized and respectful.  This is the perfect gateway for families it has everything! It is also perfect for couples the vibe is so cute and romantic.  Thanks Heather for making this day great and thanks to your family for offering great customer service you guys made us feel like part of the family. 

Hidden Gem

Everything at the rv park was so well taken care of & the staff was so friendly & helpful. The pool was nice & clean & they had outside games. The lodge was SO nice along with a little store with reasonable prices. The shower/restroom house was spacious & nice & clean. Looking foreword to another visit!

Awesome place

We've stayed in the RV park which is OK but overpriced.  However renting a cabin was an entirely different experience.  Worst of all the cabin wasn't clean, poorly constructed, and the dishes were dirty.  We attempted to cook with the spartan kitchen utensils that were a cheap worthless disaster.  Our towels were grease stained and the bedding was worthy of suspicion.  Poor attention to detail or any nothing but excuses for an over-hyped and over priced facility.

Spartan accomodations for the price

Stayed at the "cabins" for a wedding. Two night minimum for a one night wedding. 
Upon check in at 9pm the office was closed. They left our key and a map on the door. First impression, why do I have to park 50 yards from my cabin. Carry all your gear up a grassy unlit hill through the gravel and across a gully. Ice chest, clothes, gear, everything. Load it up and carry it all uphill  in the dark. Get inside and both  doors have large windows and no curtains. The window blinds that worked were the wrong size for the windows. Anyone could walk up and clearly see anything inside. The restroom was gross. 4 towels for 2 adults for two days. 
While the wedding was great, the lodge was hot and uncomfortable in late October. 
The roads to the lodge and the RVs were unpaved and any car that travelled up the road left a dust trail that lingered in the air forever. The "owner" was out front on the dirt path stopping cars telling them to slow down to reduce the dust. It didn't work. He was rude. He acted as if he was doing us a favor to allow us stay there.
