The new wing of the Motel is amazing. We stayed in 215. The ocean view is obstructed by the mansion type house next to the Motel. However there is still an amazing view. The ocean path is easily accessible through the new back gate. The balcony is wonderful.
I would add a table. We played games on the bed. Safety bars in the shower. It was a little too precarious for old folks. A tall skinny shade would be great for the window adjacent to the door. The light from the hall and parking area shines  through. 
We've been staying here over 20 years. And will continue to return. The location is magical.
The Christmas lights on 1st street and the small town parade were a pleasure. 

Magical Bandon Motel

What sold me was the beautiful expansive view of the ocean from our room, wall to wall windows with a private balcony and lounge chairs, not to mention the double fireplace and modernized suite, but also the accommodating, friendly staff.  We could relax and watch the waves rolling in from the ocean.  The beds were very comfy, kitchen ready to suit ones needs, and roomy bathroom.  My favorite place.

HORRIFYING.  My husband and I are both doctors from California. In our 60s we are obviously  responsible people. From the start the management was obstinate, angry, and not pleasant to deal with. We made our reservations 6months  prior to arrival for a 10day visit. They claimed to have  lost our reservations and stuck us in a dark, prior smokers room.  We made the best of it and enjoyed Bandon while avoiding  cold staff.  On our last day they charged  us  $100 foe mascara  on a pillow case. Neither my husband  and I wear make up. When asked to see pillowcase they said they threw it away. The manager then made a surprise visit with a clip board and  walked around noting  any spots stains and holes  including the  back of the closet.  My husband and I were in shock and questioned why they were doing this to us. She then asked if we spoke English. Outraged  by her ignorance as Obviously  we spoke English perfectly being born and raised  in California. In the process  of fight charges. Someone has to pay for the new remodeling. Despicable  appalling behavior!

BEWARE!

Run, don’t walk, to the Table Rock Motel! This just-renovated gem sits up on a bluff overlooking the gorgeous coast with amazing sunsets and access to the beach. It is modern, clean, trendy and elevated. The staff was kind and very helpful. We absolutely loved it and will be back!

Beautiful motel minutes from the beach and walking trails

Excellent front desk service, she is absolutely charming, & gave great tips for all things in historic downtown Bandon and how to safely access the beach. I am very picky about motels/hotels and this place is a class act - super clean, easy & free parking, private access, very quiet, elegant beach decor, hardwood floors, large oriental style rugs, comfy bed and pillows, a deck with a great view, ‘could hear the ocean outside - wow. And a blue ray player which was great considering tv stinks these days (I didn’t have to unpack my DVD player or my fan - they had that, too). We were forewarned about construction (that will finish by June, btw). We never even noticed. Right off the ocean, beautiful neighborhood. Marie (Mary?) with housekeeping was wonderful. The home near the hotel was seriously part of the gorgeous scenery (you can’t miss it)  & I wasn’t the only one taking pictures of it or this motel. This place rates right up there with The Stanley for us, but thankfully not haunted. ( ;
Oh, another selling point was the full size coffee maker!

Super class act!

Loved our stay while touring the Oregon Coast. Very stormy but breaks in the rain allowed for long gorgeous walks on the beach and along the paved cliff path just steps away from the motel. In our opinion, Bandon offers the most breathtaking views of sea stacks and rock formations AND you can walk around them at low tide. Very nice walking and cycling around the motel’s quiet seaside neighborhood away from busy Rte 101. We enjoyed the 20 min walk into town and  back along the beach. Wonderful staff!  So helpful. Super clean,  cozy and quiet room. We had a kitchenette with all the equipment to cook meals. Nice touches too numerous to mention, including onsite guest laundry. This section of the motel doesn’t have ocean views, but we didn’t care. We could hear the surf, and walk there in a flash. A new section is under construction which will have views. Highly recommend! Fair price. Call direct for AAA or AARP discount.

Loved our stay

Great little place to stay if you are visiting the Oregon coast. Staff was nice, room was clean and most important, the pillows don’t suck.

It’s a short walk down to the beach, and it’s close to the city park.

Would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay on the Oregon coast.

Everything was awesome. We had a bad experience at another place and came here for our second night. We are so glad we did. We forgot about the issues at the other place and just enjoyed ourselves. The staff was awesome, Mary our maid was awesome,  and gave us tips on local places to see when we asked.

Awesome place, will come again.

So just a minor grumble, in that the folks hours changed for closing. That being said they emailed us, tried calling us a couple of times to let us know and it all worked out, just made it a little stressful on our journey there. Great location within walking distance to take in the scenic coastline and off the beaten path so not to crowded. Rooms were very nice and quite comfortable. They even gave us a call before we came down to let us know they had some construction going on. Would stop in again if in their neck of the woods!

Just a walk away from great views!

All I’m telling you is if you have a dog PLEASE let Linda know. They only have two doggy rooms and you will pay a big price without the doggy room. This is a lovely hotel. They have big things coming but right now, this town is what Oregon is all about.
