This place was a joke. I requested  a refund and they refused.
We walk in and the place seemed to be EXTREMELY UNSAFE!  When we walked in to check in they have the door locked to get into the lobby and a phone to pick up.
The gentleman seen me pick the phone up and came to a window large enough to stick a hand through to give an ID.  I thought maybe it was due to Covid-19 at first, but then we went to our room.  It is a Safety measure for the employees own personal safety.
We get into the room and there is Black Mold in the bathroom, dirty towels folded up, the toilet paper sitting on the back of the toilet, filthy floors, and a filthy bath tub.
I then look up on the wall and see the smoke detector is disassembled.
It was to be a Non-Smoking room and it smelt horribly of smoke and the smoke lingered in the room making it difficult for us to breath, much less sleep.
We were ready to leave as soon as we got there, but our room was non-refundable.
We booked the room through Hotels.com, so I contacted them.
They claim they contacted the Hotel and they refused to provide a refund because we didn't complain at time of check-in.
Not sure how I was to complain at check in when we couldn't even barely talk to the person, nor hear him.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT stay at this hotel and spread the word.

P.S. This is a MOTEL NOT A Hotel which is what Hotels.com is advertising it to be.

PS: I wish I could give this MOTEL a Negative 100 or more!!!

WORST VISIT EVER!!! REQUESTED REFUND THAT WAS REFUSED!

Our power went out because of a bad storm and we had to stay here for 5 days. I have a two year old son and newborn. Our two year old got head lice from this hotel. I would NOT recommend. We paid 70$ a night and I will never go here again. We had to disinfect everything coming into the room because everything had dirt on it. Absolutely ridiculous especially for the price you pay.

Do not stay at the OYO hotel in Benton Arkansas

I called ahead to book and when I got there I was super sketched out. I went ahead and checked in. We got to the room and my husband and I definitely didn’t feel safe. So we immediately checked back out. I was told they couldn’t refund my money because I booked ahead of time. I would have to call their main office. I literally sat in my car and called them immediately to start processing the refund. It’s now been over two months and I still have yet to receive my refund. I would never ever recommend this chain to anyone.

Mini was my point of contact on this visit she was professional helpful and seemed to enjoy her job. I appreciate being greeted by people that smile and are enthusiastic about what they do. She recommended a wonderful restaurant which made to stay that much more enjoyable

Wonderful

Clumps of hair in the bed.  Mold on the roof.  Handles missing from furniture.  Paint on the curtains.  Room in a general state of disrepair.  Low rates means no frills but this hotel is so bad you shouldn't stay there if they offered the room to you for free.  No frills is one thing, but this was just yuck.

As soon as we got to the place I felt the general area was seedy and unsafe for children.  But I thought I'd at least try it for a night and leave in the morning even though I had booked two nights.  Then when provided the keys I was told by the front desk to pull the handle up instead of down.  Ok.  That is actually helpful but a red flag.  Still I thought just one night.

But you couldn't pay me to stay there.  And I feel for the people working there.  They are friendly but friendliness only goes so far.

The hotel used to be an econo lodge.  All the pictures you see are from god knows how long ago before a thousand hookers left their scent in the air for you to breathe through the night.  The place is now rebranded under the OYO brand.  A banner looks to have been hastily used to cover the old branding.  Clearly they are wanting to refurbish the place.  At least that is what the front desk said at the hotel I booked after I left this one.  She knew exactly the place I was talking about.   Instead of refurbishing it might be easier to just bulldoze it and start afresh!

In the meantime if you have a family, stay away.  If you are a rugged biker type that eats nails for breakfast I'm still not sure you deserve this.

I wish the owners the best of luck in repairing this place but charging people in the meantime is a rip-off.

Filthy

That's really all I have to say. This is an awful, dirty, stinky, terrible place.  My first room was so nasty that I went back and asked for a second choice.  If it had not been close to midnight, I would have gone somewhere else, but I was exhausted and couldn't go any further.  Do not every stay here.  

Awful.  Terrible.

We were traveling to Hot Springs Village and had a vehicle break down. At 2 am, this was our only option! Overnight staff was awesome. That's where the thrill ends. This is not nearly up to the standard of past Econo Lodges I have stayed at. Dirty walls, ancient dresser, no paper cups for a dang drink of water! Bare bones for sure. Renovations desparately needed. Bed sink in the center and pillows were so flat. Beds and bathroom appeared clean though. Just a big disappointment considering the standard I was expecting for the chain. But the staff was very nice and helpful!

Emergency choice 

Have seen better hotel rooms in horror films. Ceiling over bathtub looked like it was about to cave in, was leaking--tub was full of water. Smoke detector ripped from wall only wires hanging. Dead cockroaches on the floor. Cigarette burn holes in the sheets in the non smoking room.

NIGHTMARE

 Yuck..Soon as you pull up, and walk in to the lobby, you can see and smell that this place is not good.... only good thing can  be said is it clise to interstate....dingy and smelly. Front desk clerk just sat there in a chair.  He couldnt stand up to greet your customers ? It seemed he didnt care.

Best thing I can say about it is easy access to I30. Very quiet, considering proximity to I30.

Room was very clean. No in room coffee - boo!!

Exterior could use an upgrade as could common areas in lobby.
