I came into town from Atlanta to film on a new TV show for Pureflix called Saved by Grace. Had a good stay here. Staff was attentive and Liston, the maintenance technician, was on the ball. A week is a long stay away from home, they made it easier. Thanks.

8 nights work trip. Service was great, weekly price  excellent. Not fancy, but you knew that when you booked so.... place was clean, and they don't allow any riff raff ( do people still say that?) 200.

Work Trip

I have to say that this extended stay hotel is the best I've stayed at in a while. Super friendly/helpful staff, clean rooms and hallways, safe environment, kid friendly. Guest laundry affordable and clean! Love this hotel. 1st pick out of all of them. Has a full sized fridge and little kitchen area to cook. All appliances up to date no problems. No bugs or any gross things. They even let me borrow a fan when I called in the middle of the night.

Great stay!

I stayed at this property in 2015 when it was the Value Place.    The management has done a great job with fixing up and cleaning up the property.    This property is very clean and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.    I feel safe and comfortable here!

Clean and Friendly

I chose to stay here because I was in town for over a week for a family event and the BHS Class of 2001 twenty year reunion. It was very affordable, centrally located, and had kitchen amenities. Jay (at the front desk) was exceedingly helpful and friendly, and the entire staff was great all week long. As a lone woman, I felt secure coming and going. Nothing fancy but very reasonable, everything worked properly, they offered additional amenities if requested/for a fee, it was quiet at night aside from some interstate noise, and I would stay there again without hesitation.

Very comfortable and affordable

Alicia and staff at the Bentonville location were absolutely wonderful. Very courteous and welcoming. Maybe it's time your corporation started paying them a living+ wage. Also, what's with the no coffee in the lobby? Waking up after raging a night with drugs and unprotected sex, requires a wake assist including coffee. It's like this was your first rodeo, and not your first Phish show.

Phish

Front staff Heather and Alicia were very warm and welcoming. Room was nice and clean. It even had a stove and a nice refrigerator and freezer. I am very pleased with this stay and would very much so consider it in the future.

Sweet hotel

Got checked in early, all amenities available, clean place, great sleep. Only about 7 minutes from the Walmart Amp, cheap place to stay after the show. Heather and Alicia helped us a lot, glad to stay.

WoodSpring Suites

Do not stay here - OMG what a regret.

Did not feel like any ‘extended-stay’ hotel I have ever been in.
It felt like a combination of the YMCA and a Halfway-House quite frankly...or maybe one of those seedy pawn shops you go in with the bullet proof glass at the front.  It was all so bizarre - had I not already made the reservation online, I would have walked out, no actually ran like a gazelle!

Bizarre - in EVERY other normal extended-stay hotel everything is included - as many linens as you need, pots/pans, utensils, cups, everything - here NONE OF IT IS INCLUDED.  You have to buy for close to $30.00 these items or bring them with you - ridiculous.  

You are given the quick run-down at check in about their ‘linen exchange’ which
basically means they are not changing out any towels/sheets for you during your stay
unless you pay $10.00 roughly a week for that option.  Otherwise you keep the same ones or wash them yourself at their paid laundry machines ($2.50 wash and same to dry).  Lame.

They also were pathetic with their convid regulations - wanting people to sign a paper saying that they will tell the hotel if they are tested and it is positive.  Staff was very rude. When will the dumb sheep wake up and realize that the PCR test is rigged - and if it is spun over 40K cycles it will always read false-positive, and if spun lower a false-negative reading!  This test also is not a diagnostic tool to check for covid- the nobel award scientist who designed it Kerry Mullis - spoke about what a fraud it is (as well as Fauci) and was murdered shortly after making the video which you can see on Bitchute.  You people need to wake up there is no pandemic nor ever has been one - you are being lied to!!!  Wake up and read! check out:  infowars.com, thehighwire.com, vernoncoleman.org, brandnewtube.com, corbettreport.com, banned.video, unlimitedhangout.com.   Tired of these hotels lying to the public about this garbage carrying on the hoax that is being forced on the dumb sheep via mainstream media, with this nonsense wearing a muzzle/slavery self-suffocation device for a common cold virus (that by the way -that particulate matter can go through any mask, duh), and also has a 99.99% chance of full recovery if you catch that scary cold virus (no toxic shot necessary).

They want you to pay $12.99 a week for high speed internet which is 6 meg download!  SUPER SLOW.  There 'normal free wifi' is 3 mg. download speed! IT IS RIDICULOUS!  The 'high speed' also is a joke - to pay for speeds as slow as 1991, its unreal.  Forget it if you have to work here.

Room filthy, never was cleaned (see photos) my whole room had to be stripped down (sheets/towels) and floor cleaned by the girl at the front desk (as housekeeping was gone) since I arrived in the evening.  They said they had no other rooms to move me to!   How can you not have a few spare rooms for emergencies - completely bad policies right there.  Overbook the place, and you will be stuck with a bad situation and no option to move.

Thin walls, did not feel like any other extended stay I have ever stayed in, did not like it at all!!!!!  Like I said, I felt like I was in a drug rehab facility or an insane asylum - not that I have ever been in one - but from what I have seen in movies - it surely has that strange vibe....you don't feel relaxed or safe....seedy clientele for sure.

You will not be refunded if you book a week and want to leave early (as with other hotels - so I advise if you actually want to stay here - that you book one 
night FIRST and see if you want to stay longer before doing something stupid you will regret later).  

I let them know that the internet speeds were unacceptable, and I wanted to leave. They will change that one night rate of $38  to double the amount (like $77.00 a night) vs. the $38.00 you first saw online for a weekly rate (per night).  So its like you paid for two nights, when you only stayed one.  

Anyways, I could not get out of here fast enough.  Would never stay here again.
