We rented the bed & breakfast for a lil family get away. The first night was great, the 2nd night at 4 a.m. we all were woken up to every single fire/carbon monoxide alarms going off & smell of smoke. Ourselves and the kids all rushed out in a panic while my husband checked the home & surrounding areas. Everything checked out alright but we did not feel safe staying any longer.
My husband packed up all of our belongings and we contacted the owner about what happened and left. Unfortunately we had to book 2 hotels rooms because of this situation and were now out another $230.  The owner did not help resolve this matter or offer any type of reimbursement for the unexpected panic we experienced that night. My 11 year old daughter was extremely in distraught waking up to such a panic. I spoke with the owner again today and she was no help and had no kind of empathy for what happened. We would not recommend anyone to rent this b&b. Because of the uncertainty of the way the owner handles situations.

We stayed here for our girl’s annual trip.  We had the entire upstairs which had 2 bedrooms, each with their own bath, and a nice sitting area with coffee maker. We enjoyed our stay, including the comfortable beds, wonderful breakfasts (amazing fresh blueberry muffins) and nice deck with fire pit and hot tub.  Brenda was wonderful and very easy to work with.  She was very informative of the area and had great suggestions.  We also enjoyed having a winery next door which we could basically walk to in the evening and enjoy the views of the vineyard from the back deck.  All rooms had fireplaces which was a nice touch. The ONLY reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was we thought the price was a bit high ($150 per night) and we wish there would have been a little fridge upstairs (although Brenda freely offered us space in the fridge and freezer in the kitchen). There was a lot to do in this country house!  We enjoyed our stay very much!

Nice older farm house

My husband and I stayed here for our 20th anniversary.  What a wonderful place.  It was so warm and welcoming.  We have Suite 2 and loved the claw foot tub.  We also did the couples massage which was a wonderful treat.  We only stayed one night but will be back for a weekend stay.  The breakfast was delicious!

Anniversary weekend

We recently stayed at this bed and breakfast as a stopover on our travels from NY to Cincinnati. It was a lovely home and the setting was beautiful. The host was gracious and the breakfast was hearty and delicious. We hope to return sometime in order to visit the winery and delightful countryside. We are longtime bed and breakfast patrons, and we would definitely recommend Bella Fattoria.

the exterior of this farmhouse is nothing remarkable, but don't let looks deceive: inside is a very well appointed, comfortable, upscale B&B. Our downstairs room could have been at the Four Seasons, with an excellent King bed, soaking tub, lots of small amenities. Brenda prepared a substantial traditional breakfast. The closest restaurant is six miles away so you really are in the middle of nowhere, but we didn't mind as it was so peacefully quiet.  Small deck with firepit overlooking small winery, shared space in fridge, Keurig.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Bella Fattoria this weekend and we had a great time! From the cheese and crackers and flowers upon arrival to the delicious breakfasts each morning, Brenda was a wonderful and welcoming host. Brenda even helped my boyfriend schedule a private massage for me in the house, which was such a special surprise. We really enjoyed visiting the different wineries in the area, and would particularly recommend stopping by Halliday's, Myrddin and Mastropietro (all within 20 min. from Bella Fattoria). As a perfect end to the day, we loved relaxing around the fire pit with a glass of wine. We are already looking forward to our next visit to Bella Fattoria!

Wonderful Hospitality

We had a wonderful stay!  When we arrived the owner showed us around and we actually upgraded to the downstairs bedroom because it was available.  All bedrooms are lovely but the downstairs is a little bigger and has a really lovely soaking tub!  The house is so cute and comfortable, we felt right at home.  Local wineries so close, we enjoyed visiting several.  Breakfast in the morning was delicious! Would love to come back in the warmer weather to enjoy the deck and outside areas at the wineries.
