My purpose of providing feedback on hotels is too help others understand what to expect.
The beds are firmer side but comfortable. Room is clean and is in a safe area.  The staff were friendly and helpful.
They had an average breakfast spread but we didn’t eat; good coffee.
We will keep this hotel on our list of places to stay

Stop over

The employees are very nice and helpful - even had warm cookies upon arrival, which was very nice. We were there for a funeral and they were very accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was good, nice menu and offerings. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. 

Great place and value

For a budget hotel, we were very satisfied with our stay. Breakfast was average, but at this price, we’re ok with it. Beds were comfortable and the check-in clerk was delightful. Made us feel welcome.

Great Price, great service

The room was not clean.  There were mosquitos in the bathroom, not 1, but 6 that I killed.  Coffee maker filthy, with coffee grounds still in it from previous person.  Floor not very clean.  Beds are very uncomfortable.  Window was wide open when we got to the room.  

Below Standard

DO NOT BOOK YOUR STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! I was overcharged for $598.26 that already cleared through my bank. Then another pending charge of $350.26. My bank had to put a stop payment on that one and cancel my card! They were just stealing my money! I have tried to reach out to the general manager Robert on at least 10 occasions since 10/10/2023 as of today 11/03/2023 the general manager Robert has still not refunded my money of $598.26 and has refused to contact me about this matter. Robert needs to be FIRED! I have tried reaching out to the owners with no luck. This coming Monday I will be taking legal action against the hotel owners for credit card abuse-theft. -Kenneth Anderson

do not stay here. the staff was rude.  the rooms very average, but again the wifi did not work. they did not want to honor my reservation from June and the price but after a big argument they finally did honor it.

Hotel is in desperate need of cleaning and maintenance. The night manager was very helpful and understanding with the problems I was having with the hotel. There was 1/4 of a cookie in the elevator track for 3 of the 4 nights I was there. Housekeeping needs to make sure the rooms are ready for the quest. I walk into my room and it was like an igloo the air was set at 60. Box of tissues was completely empty. None of the outside doors work and no signs posted nor did they give you the information when you check in. Had to get my key redone because it wasn't done right. Not a very good experience. 

Would not recommend at this time

ROOM FLOOR WAS FILTHY. I travel alot and this was bad. First when I walked in the clerk just looked at me and went behind the door for 10 minutes. Then got to the room and in the bathroom was hair from a dirty mop. the more I looked the more hair. then the room had carpet and it was heavy stained and dirty. Breakfast was bad . No coffee, no milk, no eggs, no bagels , no service

Chose this Hotel due to being a Best Western. Best Westerns are know for their quality, comfortable beds and cleanliness. We were not disappointed. Beds were extremely comfortable, the room was immaculate. I would highly recommend this hotel. 

Clean and Comfortable Beds

I was impressed with the size and the cleanliness of my room here.  The staff was friendly, helpful, and cheerful. My little dog was very welcome, which is rare these days.  The room was large and comfortable with a very generous sized bathroom.
 As I said, I will stay here again.
