Hotel smelled really bad, suspicious people walking the property at all hours, joining doors to other room no secured, wrong size bed for bed frame, no pool able to use and does not advertise that it is not running

Ooo weee just don't even attempt to waste your money

Worst experience my husband and I have ever had! Was trying to get away for our Anniversary...so much for that. Should be labeled as a motel. And such bad condition it needs to be shut down. Very dangerous for customers. We didn't even stay the whole night. Never again!

Nightmare On Pioneer!

I didn't know smoking rooms still existed, but they sure do here. I was on the 3rd floor, and, judging by the stink all throughout the hallway, this is the smoker's wing.  Absolutely terrible.  I was told there were no other rooms, so I had to take this ashtray room.
You'll love it if you're a heavy smoker.  You'll feel nauseous all the time if you're not.  I understand you get what you pay for, but, seriously, I thought this kind of place dies in the '80s.

You have to request nonsmoking room...

Totally disgusted by condition of the room - turned around and walked out within a few minutes.  Management refused a refund; said we had been there over an hour and claimed we made a mess that they had to clean up.  Wyndham corporation was no help.

Steer clear of this disaster!!!

The property was a mess, the facilities were not functional, the room was stuffy and uncomfortable.
We left as soon as we were able to book another hotel close by

Nothing works

Rebuils, clean it up or tear it down and start over. Worst place that I have stayed at in tears. Breakfast buffet was a joke. Horrible smell that never disappaited. Will never book at a Days Inn facility again.

Pitiful amenities, terrible beds, broken- down bathroom

Under construction and not told about it. No hot tub and no pool and not told about it. Wouldn't recommend to friends or family. We looked forward to a soak in a hot tub and this is a pretty good reason why we picked this one. Big disappointment! Room wasn't ready at check in time and had to wait to get in so they could "clean" the room. When we did get in there were crumbs on the floor by the bed and black hairs in and on the tub! Drywall overspray on the windows and bathroom fixtures. Outlet covers broken or unfastened next to the bed. Poor reception on the TV. Kleenex dispenser fell off the wall. The breakfast counter was a sloppy mess of waffle batter and condiments. The set up needs to be changed around to work correctly. No cups for milk by the fridge. This motel reeks of mismanagement. laziness, and poor help. I can only hope that as a Wyndham Rewards member I can get my money back or enough points for a free stay. This is the first time I've left a bad review on a motel, but it's well deserved.



Not a great place to stay.

No towels in room and room was filthy. We called for towels and they couldn’t bring them - had to go to front desk to collect them so we could shower. Breakfast looked sparse so we opted out. Pool was gross as well. Walls were super thin so it was difficult to sleep because of noise. 

Dirty

This place is a dive. Rooms sorely need maintenance. The bathroom walls were rotting out around the doorframe. The smoke detector wires were just hanging from the ceiling. Supposedly it's undergoing renovations, and if that's truly the case, they should speed the process up. When we arrived and went to our room, the cleaners were still in the room. They were arguing with someone on the phone about being paid, and evidently weren't happy with it. They stated they weren't going to clean any more rooms, though they did finish with ours (more or less). Compared to most hotels, the continental breakfast was a joke. A few slices of bread, some slimy looking packaged rolls, a couple kinds of cereal, and a waffle maker. Spend your lodging budget somewhere else!

You've heard of a dive bar? This is a dive hotel.

This hotel is run down, with an unclean feel. It is under new management and they are renovating, which is absolutely necessary. But they should close the hotel until renovations are complete. The pool was closed. One of our windows was cracked. The towel bar fell off. The toilet wiggled when we sat down on it. The carpet was gross. We considered leaving to find another hotel but after a 10 hour drive, we just wanted to relax. The free breakfast was practically non-existent. A waffle maker, packaged iced danish, a few mini muffins, slices of bread. There was a mini fridge and microwave in the room, so there was that. They need to update their website that the hotel is under renovations and add timeframes.
