What was good

Great location adjacent to the Red Line T (metro) station, providing very convenient access to our destination in Cambridge, as well as other points of interest in and around Boston - including the airport. The front desk graciously provided us very early check-in, which was a great relief after arriving in town on a red-eye flight. Our room was compact but very comfortable and up-to-date with ample AC electric and USB outlets. The clothes steamer was a nice touch. The adjacent convenience store was perfect for snacks, coffee, and take-away breakfasts. There's also a Starbucks across the street, and other restaurants just a few steps further. Located in a relatively quiet residential neighborhood. Compact but comfortable and up-to-date. Lots of power/USB outlets. Good TV. WiFi had some issues - I relied on my hotspot instead. Very clean, but with some room for perfection. Daily service was provided. No issues with service for the most part.

What was bad

WiFi had connection issues - would not authenticate cleanly, causing some apps to fail. Check out was oddly slow compared to service during the rest of our stay - seemed like the staff was distracted at the time.
