Our First time visiting this Resort and it was Nice, Clean and Service was Great!  I would suggest they upgrade the Decor it’s outdated and not well coordinated.  The amenities are accommodating for families and it’s near the Entertainment District so that is a Huge Plus 👍🏽

WHY RENT YOUR VAC WHEN YOU CAN OWN 😁

The location of the property is quiet and private, but still close to key points of interest. During our visit (December 30- January 3) the clubhouse offered various activities such as mini golf, table games, an indoor hot tub, an indoor pool, a self serve coffee station (missing stirrers), and a gym. Although, there was a "beach" towel vending machine, it was not easily visible sitting outdoors, but the facilities were well-maintained and clean.  Our party of 12 (3-60s, 1-40s, 3-30s, 2-20s and 3 under 12), stayed in two spacious and well-stocked rooms in Building 10. However, there were some issues with worn carpets, dirty grout, hair in the shower, dirty spots on the bathroom floors and doors, squeaking doors, and low placement of bedroom TVs. If these issues were addressed, the rating would be increased.

Basic Details Overlooked

Nice resort. Clean and nice amenities. Pool, Hot tub. plenty of parking and washer and dryer in foyer outside of both sides. This is helpful if you are staying in a lock off. Overall a good experience.

The Falls Village

This trip was simply a great experience.  Close to shows.  Restaurants nearby.  Friendly people.  Especially pleased with patriotic and Christian atmosphere.  Would totally recommend without reservation.  We came in early December abd enjoyed a memorable experience frim arrival to departure.  Resort is simply beautiful.

Ray's Review

This property is an OK option if there is nothing else available. We insisted on a condo in the "New" section" but it still needs work done.  Opened a drawer in the Kitchen and it was broken.  Obviously had moisture in it in the past so the particle board the drawer was made of would not allow the screw to stay in for the runner.

Needs updating

Clean resort.
3rd floor is the best for view.
Close enough to stripe but far enough to be “away” from it all.
Good amenities on property. Shuffle board was great!
Firm newer beds, no squeaks or lumps.

Great Spring Break

We went to Branson to get away from cold weather at home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was very convenient, the facilities and grounds were well maintained. The in suite jet bath was great! It was nice to eat on our balcony.


Home away from home

Overall a good stay.  It was clean.  I had a one bedroom which was roomy with a full kitchen.  

The hot water tank seemed to be on a high enough setting but if you plan to use the hot tub in the bedroom be sure you have not used any hot water for a while.  By the time the tub is a little over half full the hot water runs out.  I would say the tank is not large enough.

If you plan to do any serious cooking you may want to take any special pots, pans, or such with you.  They are limited.  

I enjoyed the patio.

Overall Good

Unit was located in the basement of the complex was very small and very dark with no view at all.It also was located in the very last units. We are senior citizens and navigating all of the steps with our luggage was very difficult

Fall Village Resort

My wife and I have kind of made it a tradition to spend Thanksgiving week in Branson with one of our kids and their family.  This was no different.  We had an attached one bedroom and studio with a sleeper couch for the kids.  The rooms were comfortable and well appointed but the carpet in the one bedroom really needs to be deep cleaned or replaced.  It was in horrible shape.  Also, the pans in these units have not been replaced in the several years that we have been coming to this location, they are in horrible shape and need to be scrubbed hard after anything is cooked in them, even if sprayed heavily with cooking oils.

We had a walk-in room which is a good thing, there are no elevators in this facility and many of the rooms are in 3 level buildings.  If you don't want to carry your luggage up and down stairs, ask for a walk-in, not a ground floor.  Many of the rooms are below walk-in, so don't ask for ground floor!

The other drawback is the pressure to do an owners update.  As Bluegreen owners, we are "expected" to do an update every time we stay at a BG property.  They try to make it worth your while.  Supposedly just an hour, they always seem to take at least 2.  We did get a gift card for $175 and cheaper rates on shows, which we used, but we did have to sit for 2 hours, though this was the best of the "owner Updates" that we have ever gone through.  Many of our questions were answered.
