Management is not that hospitable to say the least.  The rooms need updating badly.  You get what you pay for.  For a monthly rate, the room is a pretty good bargain, since it does include wifi, cable, and all utilities; other than that, it's just the bare bones.  The fridge is extremely small and you can barely fit much into it.  Better plan on going out a lot for dinner.  The gym is run down and there is only one treadmill that works.  The staff acts as if they are constantly depressed about something or other.  Don't know what that is about.

Don't want to say a lot because I am still staying here. but I am not impressed.

Room reeked of smoke, and we're not smokers. Managers yell at guests and residents... including a DISABLED RESIDENT! No professionalism at all. Heater doesn't put out enough to hear room, and management doesn't care/ won't fix/replace.

Don't stay here

When we first moved in we paid a$50 dollar deposit and a $50 pet deposit we were told the pet deposit was non refundable which we understood but the other $50 would be-we moved out and left the place spotless which up front was told we wouldn't have to clean.  I called about the deposit and was told we were not getting deposit due to dog hair! I believe that is what the nonrefundable pet deposit .  Also you have to HIT the dryers to get them to work none of the gym equipment works when we moved in our carpet was so gross it felt like layers of dirt I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!

Do not stay here

I liked the homey feel of this inn. The rocking chairs outside gave it a down home vibe. The owners were kind and hospitable, as well as accomadating.I also liked the location on Shepherd of the Hills.I enjoyed my stay very much.

ok for one i think the owners are nice ''  but Mk  dose not know what she is doing '' the office is closed more then its opened ''  their is really no where too really walk your dog ''  the cop's are here too often ''  the soda machines ''  don't get filled like they should ''  and they take your money ''  and they will not give you a refund''   and if you get over charged  on your rent  ''  she  will not  refund ''  you or  even look  '' too  see if there is a mistake  she has made   ''  ''   .   And why have the time and days on the front door ''  when they are open  ''  and not be open ''  i don't get it ''  but that's not how you run a business''  i will be moving as soon as i can ''  i just can not take it here anymore''  i wish i could talk too   george  ''   but she always tells me he  is unavailable ''     and just the other night  '' the owner  ''  was here  and he was drunk ''  going off  on '' one's that stay'here'  i have no   idea  whats going on ''  but ''that ''  we all miss his son ''  he new what he was doing ''  he would fix things quickly  and he would talk to you and find out how to fix what ever is your problem''   and ''  they say on the home web sit  that they have a ''  -Business Center'''   well  thats not true ''  they have every thing else   just not that''   so this would not be a grate place too stay''  at this time ''  until they fix ''  all the things i have said''  if they do ! ''  Mk  thinks she knows everything '' but she don't   and she dose not know how too run a business ''   i say the things i have said ''  with truth '' i have been coming here for over 4 and a half years ''  well now it looks like i will be moving on ''  i have tried everything ''  too get MK to understand ''  she just will not''   why  '' i just don't know''  .     and the wifi  go's down a lot  and their is no one to fix it '' no one will answer the phone '' too get help ''  .
