The only best weekly I have stay at here in Branson Becky and Chris were a big help to us it is hard to find good people like them they treat u like family the pools are awesome both indoor and outdoor

Amazing stay. Loved the breakfast.will be back. Friendly people. Nice clean rooms. Breakfast was hot and ready. I recommend this place to people. Alot of work has been done to this place. It looks great.

Trip to Branson

This place is kind of hidden front the road. 
Went to check in and was told the front desk was only open until 11pm. No where on Expedia does it say that. 
She reluctantly checked me in Saying that they had no rooms left. If I had a reservation they you should have my room. Didn’t really know what she was done. After about 20 minutes finally got a room. 
Room was a little rough. No door bolt or safety lock on the inside. Was so so in the cleanliness department. 
It served its purpose for a nights sleep. 
I’ll look elsewhere next time I’m in the area. 

Potential 

Stayed here for 3 nights rooms was very clean no odors or bugs. Lots of new constitution going on with new owner.we will stay here again, Thank you Steve for making our stay very nice..even liked the view of the carousel at night.

Vacation

I will start by saying the staff are super nice and willing to help, if they can.  The room was mostly clean. That's about all I can say that's good. The lobby and rooms smell like smoke, even though we couldn't find an ash tray. There was no trash can in the room. The bathroom is missing the baseboards. The pictures were off the wall and sitting by the sink. The TV was missing a power cord. When asked if they could get one, they apologized and said they have had several TVs stolen recently. When we got a power cord, the TV only picked up one channel, and there were no instructions on how to get more. The curtains would not close completely because the rail was broken, so we slept feeling as if we were being watched.  We were only here for a quick overnight stay, but will not come back. 

Needs Work

We made a reservation for this motel for 8/9/2020,  when we checked in with Amanda we checked our room before taking in our things.  After checking the room even though it was not that clean or nice we decided it was something we could do for a night.  After unloading out things with strange people sitting in the hall way watching us,  my husband went to use the restroom,  thank goodness he used his foot because the toilet and floor was covered in urine and cigarette ashes.  We took picture and sent to the office to let Amanda know this was not acceptable.  We were never offered another room or for someone to clean the one we were given.  Amanda told us out card has not been charged and reassured us when I asked that we would not be charged and we could go somewhere else.  On 8/17/2020 I noticed a charge on our card for this Hotel under another name with a charge of $55.65.  I called and spoke with Amanda,  she apologized and told me she would get that refunded.  I spoke with her numerous times and we still have not been refunded for the night that we did not stay there.  The night we would have been there was the same night they were raided for drugs, guns, and counterfeit money.    We are now going through our bank to get the money back.  I would not recommend this place.  Its dirty, very sketchy, and they are very dishonest.

DO NOT STAY HERE

This place was absolutely horrible! We ended up canceling and finding somewhere else!! The pool was closed due to "recent rain" and we were never notified. Construction going on around the hotel with unsavory characters in and out. If I could leave a ZERO I would have.
