The outside is kinda scary. The pool is actually really good. Deep end, slide, hot tub! The reason we'll probably go back is the free hot breakfast, pancakes, waffles and omelettes! Room seemed clean. Towels were really nice for a motel.

Better than it looks.

This is not a high quality hotel.  It is more in the class of motels.  If I was to compare this to other hotels it would have a much lower rating.  Yes, it is outdated, yes the beds are bouncy and hard, yes, you would expect a lower price for a hotel like this.  However, for the overall value it is unbeatable.  We stayed in this area on 9 trips this summer.  This was our least expensive trip by far.  It is a clean room... you have to look beyond the dated items and the fixed holes in the walls from old installations, but it is truly clean.  One these new owners get going I expect everything will look even better.  What sets it apart is it’s line kitchen for breakfast - which is included.  Made to order omelets, biscuits and gravy with sausage, waffles and pancakes available starting at 8 am in their nice sit-down dining area.  We would have spent $35+ for all of this just down the street (as we have in the past).  The owners are extremely nice and for those on an extremely tight budget like we were I would recommend.  They do have AAA and Military discounts if you call to reserve.   

Exactly what you expect plus hot breakfast

I believed the reviews and from the pictures knew it was older.  We had two rooms and both were filthy.  Discusting flies, spiders behind headboards, garbage behind night stand, stained carpets, but then when I wiped up bathroom floor after kids got out of the tub, the towel was dirty.  The air vent was off when we arrived and the dirt inside proved no attention had been given to it in years.  The sheets were clean and the kids loved the pool slide.

The worst place I have ever stayed

Nice and quiet is what I like about this motel. Also the friendly staff. Another Thanksgiving in Branson with family. We had a good time. The breakfast was very good, the service was good and it is pet friendly. In fact so much so, that I brought home an abandoned kitten.  They are in the process of remodeling the kitchen but they still managed to serve a good breakfast.  My room was clean . If you want a family friendly place, with a good breakfast , a comfortable bed and close to the main attractions, this would be it. And there are several places to eat nearby.

Thanksgiving 2017

We went on a whim to Branson over a busy holiday weekend.  Everything was booked in Branson. We kept driving and found this inn.  The rooms were as clean as they could be.  Carpet needs replaced.  Beds were not very comfortable.  Breakfast buffet was good.  They do make made to order omelettes and everyone there was very nice and accommodating.  We only stayed 1 night with 2 kids.
