Loved the location of the cabin we rented.  The unit was everything we expected it to be.  The unit we rented was also pet friendly.  There was plenty of places to walk Louie.  Only negative thing I have to say is the beds and water pressure was bad.  The bed definitely needs an upgrade and I didn’t think I would ever get the shampoo out of my hair!  Took forever with the low water pressure.  But, all things considered I would definitely stay there again.

Thanksgiving Stay

Our stay at Unit 83 left much to be desired, as it felt pretty outdated and was in desperate need of a thorough cleaning. The state of the floors was disappointing, and the carpet was somewhat questionable, making the overall ambiance uncomfortable. The unit itself had collected noticeable dust, and the reliability of the WIFI was far from satisfactory. Additionally, kitchen amenities like pots, pans, bathroom towels, and mattresses could be upgraded to align better with the rental rate and provide a more refined experience. The kitchen tabletop wobbles (not from the floor). Bring your own soap and shampoo if staying longer than two nights.

The floor plan was great.

It was surprising to find that a $5 per night per car charge was in place for what was labeled as amenities. Regrettably, these so-called amenities translated to access to unclean pools and deck chairs. This aspect certainly did not live up to expectations.

Overall, our stay at Unit 83 fell short in several aspects, from cleanliness and comfort to the value of amenities provided. Some significant improvements are warranted to make future stays more enjoyable and worthwhile.

StoneBridge Resort - Yikes.

We stayed in a resort-owned unit, not a private owner.
My Review submitted to the resort:
The toilet in the suite to the left needs the works in the tank replaced. It leaks water to the extent that it refills about every 3 minutes, which is loud enough to make it hard to sleep. Also, when we first arrived, it was leaking onto the floor when flushed, which we repaired by placing the fill tube back into the pipe, but there was so much water on the floor that our granddaughter's pants were soaked, which upset her and she had to change.
The lid on the coffee pot does not attach, which made for an actual "hot mess" the first time we poured from it, and also a potential burn hazard. 
We brought steaks, and there is no broiler pan provided, but we made do.
Screens on the back porch are full of holes, so wasps and mosquitoes made it impossible to use it. 
The refrigerator temperature was turned up so high that our butter was soupy and our ice cream soft until we discovered that and turned it to a proper setting.
The comforters are too heavy and don't seem very clean - could use some updating. We stayed it the same lodge last year and I mentioned this on my review, but apparently it was not considered important.  I will say that the floors of the unit were cleaner this time than last year, when they were dirty and sticky when we got there, and the carpets were cleaner, but still old and worn looking.
Some of the supplies provided for a family of five were too skimpy, such as toilet paper and trash bags.
 For the rate we paid, we had too many inconveniences to consider returning there. Not to mention that the new ownership has tacked on a $20 per car parking fee--for the parking spaces in front of the lodge we were staying in. It's small compared to the daily rate, but it just seems like a money grab.  Where else were we going to park?

Staying now in a unit at Stonebridge. NOT HAPPY. PRICE is terrible tv,s doesn’t work , cable has been out for a week , hot water runs out before we are finished. Trash bins over run. Will not adjust the rental, Guess thats what you get for  going through a resort. A Hotel would adjust , But not here , We paid double then what we paid last year .  I understand things going up but not double. Plus its not up to standard like it was lady year.

Staying now in a unit at Stonebridge. NOT HAPPY. PRICE is terrible

We were very happy with our week at Stonebridge through an RCI exchange. We arrived later than expected and picked up our packet through the secured lock box .Our unit turned out to be a downstairs unit and my friend had recently had knee surgery. I called the guest services number and explained the situation and they quickly assigned us to an upstairs unit. The two bedroom unit was very nice. The lock off to the one bedroom was sort of odd. No directly connecting doors between units. Everything was very nice and we had everything we needed. Comfortable beds ,, etc. Very quiet and peaceful with a woodsy view from the deck. Lots of amenities included such as a pool and mini water park for the little ones which was very close to our unit in the Oakridge Way area. The restaurant at Ledgestone Country Club is open to the public and the setting is very lovely on the golf course. The breakfast we had was amazing and the prices very reasonable. 
Loved our time here and we hate to leave! 😩

A great place to stay while in Branson if you want to be away from the busy 76 Hwy yet close to Silver Dollar City .

Incredible cabin! We really enjoyed our stay! We rented from a wonderful lady named Karen and she was so accommodating! The kitchen was fully stocked  even salt and pepper! Plenty of towels and bathroom essentials! Very clean cabin! Loved the decor! The walkway needs some lighting for elderly guests. It was difficult for my mom and mother in law to see where to step. But other than that wonderful place to stay and enjoy Branson!!!

Amazing cabin! Quiet and peaceful

I didn't get to go because of illness. Resort Vacation Certificates did not cancel the certificate per their contract. They have in the past and I have no complaints. 
The resort manager Jamie was really helpful even though I didn't make it to the resort. I've been here many times in the past few years. My sister Gayle and I were here at Christmas time. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We went to the Top of the Rock, saw the Celtic Ladies and found some nice nearby restaurants. We had lunch/dinner at the Keeter Center. They had the best breads and butter I ever had. The waiter was a nursing student in his 3rd year at the College of the Ozarks.  We went to Branson Landing and road around in one of the individual carts with an extremely verbose and friendly man who looked like Santa.


Great not trip... good people here

Unfortunately this resort will take your money if you book a pet friendly unit like the website tells you to do, but when you arrive, they tell you sorry, you didn't book a pet friendly unit.  too bad,.. we will just take your $500.

Beware of Pet Policy - resort would not refund me -

This cabin was amazing! Far away from the hustle and bustle of Branson but close enough to the fun. It was a fantastic place to stay! Thank you Williams family! The screened in deck was the ultimate in relaxation and quiet time. The cabin was roomy and cozy at the same time, and far away from the rest of the resort so very quiet. We will stay again!!

Beside Still Waters cabin

We have stayed at Stonebridge Resort many times through the years but never stayed in a patio home. It was a 5 bedroom with plenty of space for 7 people. Our first impression walking into the front door was not a good one. The carpet was extremely dirty with dirt stains in living rooms, bedrooms and closets. The kitchen wasn’t as equipped as we are used to. There wasn’t even a cookie sheet. Bought one at Walmart and left it there. We had planned to grill burgers etc one evening for dinner but the gas grill in the garage had no propane tank and was extremely dirty. There were different flat screen TVs in each room- living room we used our Firestick to get streaming channels. Master bedroom couldn’t watch tv at all; one bedroom had a normal tv w/dvd player; 2 bedrooms had ROKU TVs which meant creating a ROKU account in order to use and the family room in the basement was a GOOGLE TV which we hooked a laptop to it in order to use it. Never have we ever stayed anywhere and had so many different TVs in one place. Frustrating. All beds were a memory foam type mattress which was comfortable. 
Overall we had a great time staying in our own family “bubble” since the Delta Variant was rampant in SW Missouri. We never left the resort- playing golf, swimming, tennis etc. . We always eat at the Ledgestone Grill for breakfast on the day we leave. Great food.
