First of all the view is fantastic. The rooms were nice and big with new carpet. Furniture is a little dated but not bad. There was a strong scent of cleaning supplies when we first walked into the room but later that day we couldn’t notice it any longer. The service was also great. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay!

View is great!!

My sister, her husband and I spent one night at The Flagship Inn while we were in the area.  The rooms were exceptionally clean and have a nice view of the water.  The staff were very courteous.  I thought that the rooms were priced very competitively, and the continental breakfast was more extensive than I would have expected.

A Great Place To Spend The Night In Bremerton

Randomly chose to stay here and to golf nearby Gold Mountain w two very good courses.  What an unexpected surprise!  Pulling into the parking lot, I could see the building exterior somewhat dated.  But after checking in, what a spectacular lake view from every single room!   All w balcony, no upcharge like most places.  Since none face the road, you're guaranteed a quiet room as well.  Comfy king sized bed, spacious, very clean room.  Convenient laundry room onsite w $1 washer, dryers & detergent.  Icing is fun, local bar restaurant w good food, and another sportsbar, in one block walking distance.

So happy w my stay that I'm extending another night instead of moving closer to airport at 2-3x the nightly rate!

Great Deal on a Great Stay

Overall, a pretty decent stay. It looks iffy from the street but it’s not all that bad.

Few cons: the bedspreads are very dated, the pillows were just too squishy for my taste, we could hear the people above and below us and the fan would stay on for cool but not for heat.

But, the room was nice sized, the bed was comfy, there’s a fridge and microwave, great shower pressure, lots of plugs, having two sinks was nice and best of all—the views! All the rooms faced Oyster Bay and it was a pleasant surprise.

Don’t judge from the outside

I'm very surprised  how well kept and clean it is. And the veiw OMG.  It is privately owned by the same family for generations. Granted, it is an old building on the outside, but once you go in , it is one of the safest hotels i have encountered. You can not get to.rooms with out going through the lobby. There is no access to the first floor from the outside. Very well maintained, and all rooms have been updated with new carpet and modern amenities. There is a balcony in each room with one of the most breathtaking views at sunset we have ever seen. The veiw from every room is of Oyster Bay. The staff was beyond helpful and friendly. Very clean . I will say if you are expecting a huge chain experience with over the top bells and whistles and non personal experience, this is not for you. This motel exceeded all of our expectations.  I will be having any and all people who come out to visit us stay at this hotel exclusively from here on. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I new people who stayed here last year so we also wanted to stay here. So glad we did the people at the desk were so friendly and helpful. We didn’t know they had a nice breakfast plus a small fitness center! So those were all a plus. Loved our view. Stayed in room 202! We loved it close to parking and a great shower head. I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

Great stay!!!

Most people think old means rundown and dirty.  Well this couldn't be further from the case with the Flagship Inn.  Yes, it's old but by far one of the cleanest and well kept hotels/motels I've ever stayed in over many years of travel.  It started with a great welcome from the staff and just got better.  The room was very large, comfortable, immaculately clean and offered the most incredible view imaginable.  The location was perfect for exploring the Bremerton area for the first time.  One of the things we enjoyed most was sitting the balcony in the evening with a bottle of wine and just taking in the scenery and numerous sea lions swimming through the cove.  If I could offer one thing to improve on it would be the wifi connection.  Other than that this place was simply OUTSTANDING.  Hope to return again in the future.  Thanks for an amazing accommodation.

An Amazing Little Hidden Gem

The decor in this motel is definitely dated. If that's important to you, then this is not the place for you. Everything other aspect about the place is quite nice and I'd definitely stay here again if I came back to Bremerton. 

Everything I saw in our room and the lobby was spotlessly clean. As other reviews have mentioned, every room has a private balcony overlooking the water. Our room, 209, has some large trees in front of it but I thought they added to the view. The room comes with a little 4 cup coffee pot and a sachet of regular and decaf coffee. Two packets each of coffee mate, sugar & Splenda. Not a lot, but you can bring back milk and fixings when you pick up your continental breakfast. Checkout isn't until noon so, if you have time, you can enjoy coffee with your view. :-) 

Breakfast was a decent spread. 6 - 10 am. Bagels, fresh muffins, hard boiled eggs, cereal and fresh fruit. 

The motel is directly on a busy road so there is road noise - more during the day. We slept with the patio door wide open. It was a lovely temperature and quiet enough to sleep.

The motel has a pool right below all the balconies. Would be great if you're traveling with kids.

Service was friendly and professional.  As I said above, I'd definitely stay here again.

Oh, and Tony's Pizza, up the road has a similar view. Good food and very friendly service. 

Beautiful view, spotlessly clean and great service

Came across this place while driving down the road. The rooms are very clean and have balconies right on the water. It's a little dated, but very well kept up. The faucets have never been changed to low flow, so the water comes out of the sink and shower like a fire hose. Lots of very hot water. There's a laundry facility and a tiny workout room with a treadmill and cycle. 

I am so pleased and wish I was staying more than one night. It's worth visiting Bremerton just to stay here.

Amazing Rooms with a Balcony Right on the Water

The History of Bremerton, from the captains of Oyster Bay to the timers that remember when it was The Hearthstone Hotel; Bremerton has History! The Hotel itself is a flash back in time, when carpets were shag and the time was the 70's.  When customer service was Cool, serving an extended continental breakfast, hot coffee and tea always available, with fresh fruit and cookies in lobby.  The Flagship Inn known for its History of being a comfortable and affordable place to bring your self and family, with a Seasonally, heated pool and close to everything downtown! This place has a lot to offer, its views of the beautiful bay, off the balconies to its wide selection of classic, VH tapes; the 70's were a lot to remember and most of it including the Flagship Inn are some of the Grooviest parts!
