This guy is weird he was looking through the window at my kids they try to say I have to pay $80 for my kids to be there witch are 6 and 7 years old the place is nasty and he is a creep we left and got better room warning do not stay there the dirty place was enough to leave but him looking through our window nooooo!

Terrible

Overall, my stay was perfectly fine.  The hotel itself is old, but it’s clean.  If you’re seeking luxury, this hotel is not for you, but if you need a clean comfy room at a great rate then book it.  When I got there, the lady at the front desk was nice & helpful.  I was a little disappointed at getting a second floor room when I had requested first floor, but it was fine.  

My only real complaint was parking.  The majority of the more convenient parking was occupied by parked boats.  It was a little aggravating especially having to trek past the boats just to get to the stairs w/ my bags.

Good stay

I goofed and booked the wrong date for our stay but eventually got it straitened out.  Charles Wesley Lodge is kind of old but has an old fashioned, rustic feel to it.  The walls are wooden planks.  Our room had a fridge, a microwave and 2 queen sized beds.  They were very comfortable and I got a good night’s sleep.  The beds had blankets and bedspreads, which I like.  On the bad side, we were on the bottom floor and you could hear every creaking footstep of the people in the room above us.  We were in room #140.  Our room was at the end of the building.  There was a small step at the end of the walkway.  People’s suitcases and the cleaning lady’s cart would make a loud clump every time they hit the step.  The next morning the cleaning lady knocked on our door at 8:30am to see if we were still there, which we didn’t appreciate since we weren't up yet.

I was going to give the lodge 3 stars, but since I got a very good night's sleep I'm giving it 4 stars.

Quaint old place

I was expecting a dated but clean room. Unfortunately the toilet had urine and a curly hair on it from the last guest. The shower head where it comes out of the wall wasn’t secured. I didn’t see anything else but it made me feel grossed out the whole night. I didn’t complain to the front desk, after seeing other comments I didn’t feel it would get me anywhere anyway.

Dirty

It wasn't a horrible place, but not quite good either. It is in desperate need of updates. It looks like it was built in the 60s and hasn't been renovated since. It wasn't filthy, but our room had a lot of flies, and there were few electrical outlets for phone charging. All of that being said, the staff was friendly, and the motel is in a good location. 

After having the WORST experience at the microtel inn broken bow, and being asked to leave that property over complaining about blood on our bedding and a dirty room, my family and I were left with no where to go. I called Charles Wesley motor lodge and the guy on the phone was more than helpful! It was 10:00am. Check in wasn’t until 2:00 and he got us in right away set up with A CLEAN ROOM, and great customer service!!! For the rate it’s a good place to lay your head! We will pick this hotel over any other one in broken bow from now on! DO NOT STAY AT THE MICROTEL INN!!!! 

Friendly stafd

Pros= cheaper than the holiday inn a couple miles away
Nice Mexican restaurant outside of hotel
Beds are surpsingly soft for the price.
If you play Pokemon go there's a few gyms in the immediate area, one gym and one stop in the parking lot so I grinded a few levels in the two days I was there. 
Cons= alright for starters no hot water at all, there's a space heater on the ceiling to hear up the room to kinda make the water feel lukewarm. We checked in with a dog and upon getting to the room we found out the pokestop literally 10 feet from our door, so we stepped outside to spin it real quick and before we even stepped out the door, like I cannot stress this enough, we were half in the door and half out the door when a strange man we haven't met before started speaking to us in a very condescending tone that we aren't allowed to leave the dog in the room alone, (we later find out he's the manager of the complex, but at this moment we've never met not seen him so it just seems like he's been keeping a way to close an eye for us. Like how does this random tenet know so much about us?) And then after wards he wouldn't shut up if our dog was in the room or not even though our dog was clearly on the leash next to us.

All in all if this is only what you can afford, take it, you'll live. But personally just go to the holiday in.

Car broke down had to spend two days here

Having read old reviews online, I asked Linda to show me the room (142) before staying. It was clean, carpet looked new, & bed linens & drapes were in good condition.  There were a mini-refrigerator & microwave. WiFi was even secure.  I didn’t watch the TV but assume it worked ok. Linda was helpful & friendly. 
Bed was comfortable.  Papa Poblanos Restaurant next door was obviously popular & my chimichanga was very good. The only drawback was noise carrying easily through walls & from walkway upstairs to my first floor room.  Still, I was able to sleep well & wouldn’t mind staying here again if I come through the area.  The price was only $57 including tax.  Definitely a good value.

Rustic in rural OK

If you don't really care about air conditioning, cleanliness, safety and comfort, this is your place. We checked in at about 3:30pm and were given the key for room 220. Went upstairs and the room was disheveled and obviously hadn't been cleaned. The couple from the office apologized and quickly cleaned it while we waited outside. Once in, we cranked the air and hoped it would cool off quickly as we needed to get ready for a wedding. An hour later the A/C was running but it was not any cooler. The compressor was cycling too fast so air was blowing but it was not cool air the majority of the time. We left for the wedding, left the air on high and hoped when we returned it would be better. We finally cooled off around 2AM. That is unacceptable for this climate. The bathrooms smelled of urine and the chair had some odd stains. This motel is conveniently located, but needs a major overhaul. The security chain was broken and as you can see from my photo, the door has a pretty large gap where air was seeping into the room. We were thankful we only had to stay one night and cannot recommend this motel.

Nope

Never again. 
I have no allergies, but this room was so stuffy, dusty and musty, I got an instant headache and my throat was hurting and felt like it was closing. The whole room had a dirty, scummy feel to it. 
We had to leave the door open to air out the room and had to sleep with the door open all night. The bathroom window was the only window that opens, so that was open all night as well. It’s Fall, around 40 degrees, so we were freezing all night. This was the only way I could sleep in this room. 
The pillows were as flat as pancakes and you get 2 pillows on a queen. 
The tv is pretty small for the size of the room and the reception was poor quality. The hotel claims they have internet, but good luck actually connecting to their WiFi; we couldn’t. 
The sink and tub had a very slow drain, so we had to stand in each other’s scum in the shower and at the sink. Couldn’t wait to leave this place and shower at home.
There’s no “do not disturb” signs so at 8:40am,  housekeeping was pounding on the door, which woke up the baby (why????). 
Checkout is at 11am, but when we were packing the car at 10:30am, the keys were already deactivated. 
We were also charged extra for a kid.
