Such a bad experience never again

Stay away. Filthiest place I've ever seen. The hookers don't seem to mind, though. Roaches, mouse droppings, semen stains--this place has it all. We stayed here because of the positive reviews, and the fact that they allowed pets.On the brighter side, the counter guy who spoke little English refunded our money.

Motel Hell

Custer's customer service was exceptional friendly very affordable price rooms immaculate with a view to die for the most comfortable bed I've ever set in a very restful and peaceful and relaxing and unforgettable vacation for my wife and I and two dogs

I'm very restful stay

We arrived at this motel very tired & did not check the reviews.  Lesson learned.  I will say that the gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant & funny but that’s all the positive things I have to say.  The beds were uncomfortable.  The pillows were lumpy.  The bathtub was filthy, as was the bathroom door so obviously had not been cleaned.  There were people talking loudly outside our door throughout the night.  The room was cold & the heater did not work.  No phone in the room & no hair dryer.  To top it off there is a ledge leading off the sidewalk that I did not see in the dark so I tripped on it, hurt my knees & cut my ankle.  I am 72 years old so this could have ended a lot worse.  That ledge should be painted so that it is visible.  We feel that the room was very overpriced ($86.39 U.S. with tax or $113.26 CDN.) for what we got.  No breakfast but they did offer coffee between 6 a.m. & 9:30 a.m.  Would not recommend.

Would not stay again.

This was a quick stay for us because they take pets. When we walked in the room it was musty, and the floor was sticky. The bathroom tub had no surface, the heater didn’t work in the room, the smoke alarm was ripped out of the wall so there was none, no places to hang anything, no hooks, no towel bars, and only one wastebasket. The bed wasn’t bad but the bedding was terrible as one bedspread had cigarette burns and had been patched. It didn’t seem very clean. No closet or even a bar with hangers. No amenities to speak of but for the price I guess that’s expected so no coffee maker or blow dryer. We booked online and got a good price plus tax however when we got to the hotel they charged us additional fees. Since it was the last room they were booking, although the parking lot didn’t seem that full, we decided not to complain or get another room.  The whole experience was not pleasant.

Do not stay here, Unpleasant

0/negative - Wished I had read reviews before stopping/staying at the Motel 6. It is inexpensive, that is all. I felt extremely unsafe at this property - I was in room 223, which seemed to be above and beside drug dealers who actually live on this property. I was kept awake most of the night by many loud vehicles pulling into the parking lot and transactions  taking place with people in certain rooms near mine. I barely slept. I couldn't wait to get out of there the following morning @ 6:30 am and told management about the activity going on and that I did not feel safe at all. I believe this has been reported to management before, but they continue to let this happen. Do not stay here if you want a peaceful night before getting back on I-95 for your travel.

The room was also not clean - REEKED OF CIGARETTE SMOKE, stained and pilled sheets, nasty stains on the walls in various places, dirty light fixture with dead roach in it, bathtub in awful, peeling condition (felt cleaner NOT bathing/showering in this bathroom).

Can't believe there are any positive reviews about this property. I called Motel 6 customer relations to report this information - they were very nice. Hoping they inspect this property and make changes - it is very scary for a single female or ANYONE.

Frightening Stay - Suspected drug dealing on property + Filthy Room

We needed a place for the night on the road.  Everything was booked solid.  Very surprised I got this.  Must have been the last one since sign went up 'sold out' soon after.

The room was basic.  TV, microwave, refrigerator, towels, soap, two twins to sleep, table, two chairs, AC/heat....  For the most part the room was clean and quiet.  This is all we needed for the night.  The price was fine ($77.13 total for a Saturday) but you get what you pay for.  Four walls and a roof.  

The manager was nice and check-in was easy.  We booked online 15 mins before and the room was ready.  Overall it was average.  When you look closer you will see mismatched shades of white paint, patched walls and other blemishes but it was fine for the night.

If you need a roof over head and no frills... This is it.

The hotel itself is clean but old. What impressed me was the service I received after I left, for I left my brand new ipad on the bedstand. I received a call from the desk clerk and they kindly held onto my ipad for a week until I returned that way.

there was cockroaches in the refrigerator and the bed, hair in the bathroom, fire alarms went off for no reason at 3 in the morning, burn holes in the wall and tables in a non smoking room AND MOLD...

Good gracious it’s not often you find a good hotel that’s quite, clean an the WiFi works perfect EVERY time !! Front desk will not hesitate to assist your needs ! I will be back to visit this motel 6 😌
