The cottage was waiting for us and was immaculate. The kitchen was fully stocked with food items for breakfast every morning. I would have preferred to have a prepared breakfast like in most b n b's. After all Im on vacation. However everything was ready to prepare.

We really enjoyed our stay here on our honeymoon! The suite is a very cozy place with a beautiful view! It was a perfect place to relax after a day out in the city. The owners were so kind and welcoming. We will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful!!

Penny is a wonderful host! Our stay felt as comfortable and familiar as home but without the stress of daily life. Truly an oasis! Gorgeous views of the sound and bald eagles all around. Look forward to staying again when back in the area!

Oasis with a view

If you’re looking for a place to stay in the Seattle area, look no further.  We stayed three nights in the Three Tree Point “suite” - which is really like an apartment.  We had everything we needed to feel like it was our home away from home.  The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, the views are stunning, everything was spotless, and there were delicious breakfast foods, fresh fruit, drinks, and snacks waiting for us. The full kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our own meals and Penny also provided a list of recommendations for local places to dine and sights to see. We enjoyed having morning coffee and evening drinks on the peaceful outdoor patio and had access to the outdoor hot tub and beach across the road. Thank you to our gracious hosts Penny and Doug for sharing their peaceful, relaxing haven with us.  We will measure our experience at all future B&B/hotel stays against Three Tree Point. We hope to visit again – for a longer stay next time!

I wonder how the hosts came up with such a cute whimsical name for this B&B…
This place feels like a second home but BETTER because everything you need is provided by the hosts. The ambiance they crafted is perfectly infused with splashes of color and creature  comforts.  The view of the water is sublime. It was peaceful there. There are so many other little sweet subtleties which I will leave for you to experience if you decide to choose this setting.
Three Tree Point Bed and Breakfast  is a special treasure and we feel blessed that Penny and Doug are sharing their gift.

A beautiful and special place

Penny goes way and beyond to make sure your stay at her bed & breakfast  is a pleasurable and comfortable experience. She personally welcomes you when you check in and she  makes sure you have what you need. 
There is a small beach with in  5 minutes from her home. And there are some nice walks around the neighborhood. The location is very safe and has some incredible water views . There is free parking at her driveway. 
There are plenty of provisions for breakfast and drinks during your stay. . The unit had a super comfortable king size bed. And the place was super clean and very spacious. . Overall it was a great experience and we would do it again.

Magnificent Views!

We had a wonderful stay at Three Tree Point B&B. The location was wonderful with beautiful views and access to the beach. The bed was fabulous, also the shower and all the hospitality from Penny & Doug. The breakfast items were so delicious and love the special coffee. So much fun - we can’t wait to return! Thank you for the privilege!

Thank you Penny for a lovely stay. We spent 4 nights in the cottage. It is a separate building from the house with a private patio. The house had everything you need-full kitchen, comfortable living/dining area and huge bed with a view of Mt Rainer. The cottage itself exceeded our expectations but the real gem is Penny, the owner. The family home is right next door if you need anything. The kitchen was stocked with all kinds of breakfast foods. Penny was kind and welcoming. She gave us great suggestions of where to eat and visit. Excellent communication from start to finish. There may be other places to stay, but they don’t have Penny.

Cozy cottage

My husband and  I spent two delightful days at Three Tree Point BnB.  Our visit started with a warm greeting from Penny, one of the owners.  The property was more spectacular than we expected.  The views from our rooms of Puget Sound and Mount Rainier were breathtaking!  All of the rooms were tastefully decorated and pleasing to the eye.  And, what a delight to us when we opened the refrigerator to find all we needed for snacks and a homemade breakfast.  We enjoyed walking to the local Store/restaurant  for a delicious sandwich, the quaint downtown area, and strolling along the beach.  Both evenings we relaxed on our Patio with a glass of wine.  The HotTub looked appealing, but we did not have time to enjoy it.  Our next stay will be for more than two days.  This was a Special Fine.  As a former BnB owner, I would not hesitate to rate this BnB 5 Stars!  There is nothing I would change.
