It is what it says it is.  Inexpensive basic motel.  Clean and maintained.  Fridge and microwave in the room.  Good beds.  Pool available.  Two story but no elevator, if you can’t do stairs ask for ground floor.  Conveniently located.  Discount at Perkins Restaurant if you let them know you are staying.

Convenient, basic motel.

This hotel has decent ratings but it was really disappointing. The check in was unpleasant, the bathroom wasn’t clean, the TV remote was grimy and the furniture was bizarrely all knee height. Plus side? There is a decent restaurant next door. 

Wish I’d paid a little more and gone somewhere else

The room was large and clean.  The bed was comfortable. Easy access from the freeway and close to restaurant options. We slept well. I do prefer my own pillow so always bring my own.  I would highly recommend this motel.

Very good overnight option.

We were impressed with the rate and our room at the Budget Motel. It’s basic but we only needed a clean room and comfortable bed and they delivered. The front desk staff goes above and beyond, the rooms are big, minimal toiletries but they will give you additional if needed. You get a 10% off coupon for Perkins which is next door. The rooms are spacious and clean. The shower water pressure was amazing.

Great room at a great rate

Bathroom was not clean and maintained, but was a good value. Compared to price of neighboring hotels, this is worth it. Desk Staff was friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant and bar next door at Best Western and a discount was offered.

Fair Value

Pros:  great customer service, dog friendly, close to fwy, easy to park/enter room, affordable, free breakfast, pool, microwave and fridge, 10% off at Perkins and the pub next door.  Also, the vending machines were reasonably priced.

Cons:  smelly room, cleanliness questionable, and a room that had a phone that wasn’t just missing some buttons, but its cord was completely cut!  Made me wonder what happened in the room before!

You get what you pay for.  Not a bad stay, but if the rooms were cleaner, fridge didn’t have iffy gunk in the ice box part, and fully operational equipment, I would be more likely to stay here again.  

We were originally given a smoking room,  which of course reeked, and had the same level of cleanliness.  I went back to the front desk to ask for a room that didn’t smell like smoke, and was told that it appeared that I selected a smoking room, so not sure if management wants to reach out to booking.com and see if their website messed that up.  I checked my receipts and confirmation emails and only noticed my request for a pet friendly room.  The girl at the front desk was very nice and changed my room with no hassle.

Overall, it’s not a bad place to stay, especially if traveling with pets.

Nice people, but room is ok

This was just what we needed after a long drive with vinyl over broken windows. We were bottom floor, facing away from the interstate. It was quiet, parking is well lit, and the room was clean and comfortable.   Bathroom is small but the shower is awesome.  Bed was nice, pillows soft, and the air works great.  Felt safe and got a lot of much needed sleep. Many food choices nearby if you want more than the pastry breakfast.  Also has a nearby walmart and other shopping.

Clean, comfy, got good sleep

Very reasonable price for a very clean and spacious room. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. The Wi-Fi was better than most. Water pressure was very nice. My room was on the interstate side but still quiet. The air conditioner was quiet as well.  Staff were very nice and helpful. A few eating options in walking distance. Highly recommended for the weary traveler.

Nice place at a great price!

Close to the highway and several eateries, it is convenient for stopping along the way. You park in front of your door and there is an overhang to shelter you between the door and your trunk. Clean and relatively quiet. Breakfast is fairly simple but adequate to get the day started. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

No Frills Stay

Check in was quick and easy.  We were able to park right in front of our room.  That is always a nice plus when you enter rooms from the outside.  Our room was clean and very accommodating.  There was a Perkins restaurant right next door where we had our breakfast.  All in all a good stay for the price.
