This was a basic, clean motel.  It was easy to unload/load car.  We would stay here again and it's close to Burney Falls.  The Berry Patch had a good breakfast, Subway in town also plus a grocery store.

Burney Motel stay

Great location from Lassen Volcanic Park. Located across the road from a small plaza that  conveniently included a Subway restaurant. No breakfast served at the motel but a bundle of snacks available at check in and after. Our room was clean and comfortable and had a fridge with freezer as well as microwave and lots of power outlets including the bases of the bedside table lamps.

Clean and Comfy

On of the six worst hotels I've ever stayed at and I travel a lot.  Not clean.  Some surfaces the clorox wipes were black.  Room was a suite with door closed.  There was a 3/4 inch gap under the connecting door allowing air exchange between rooms. Wafer thin pillows.
Owner was friendly.
However, in Burney there are not many places to stay and companies repairing the infrastructure taking most of the rooms.

Avoid during Covid-19

Stayed one night while visiting Lassen and Burney Falls.  Great location for access to both.  Motel was clean and well kept-owners obviously put great effort into upkeep.  Easy to find and good access to stores and restaurants.  The beds were a bit hard for my taste.  The kitchen was a nice addition for spreading out-daughter had a good place for homework.  Room 1 has a lot of road noise, however.

Nice and Clean

This is an older property and very clean.  The lady that checked us in was so kind.  The beds were comfortable and the room well stocked with towels, coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator.  We had a very nice stay.  They do not offer breakfast.

Quaint

We were lucky, late arrival not booked and we stopped at Burney Motel to ask for a night. What a surprise :)  The lady manager was very nice and helpfull. The room clean and tidy. 

Seldom standard for a motel in its category!!

Clean !!

We stayed here while hiking the PCT. Super clean and very friendly. Would highly recommend to all hikers and everyone else. Great location near some restaurants and next door to laundry. Tons of channels to ease back and relax.

Very friendly and very clean

The motel is not one of the huge chain places.  The desk staff (who had just gotten back from the dentist) was easy to work with and got me checked in lickidy-split.  The rooms are fairly large, a small led television that had more channels than usual and WiFi (5g) available at no additional cost.  The rooms in the section of the building where I stayed all have 1 step up and would be inaccessible to wheelchair so check with staff before reserving a room.  

The motel is close to the Lassen Volcano National Park, Burney Falls and in the vicinity of the lava beds national monument.

a small nice place to stay

Had some work in Burney found this motel online. Great place to stay. Reasonable rates, fruit and breakfast treat in the office. Clean rooms ad the kitchenette is fully equipped. The staff is very friendly and take of your room everyday.

Clean and friendly

If all hotels could be like this one, there would be happier people in this world. I’ve stayed for 2 weeks at a time while I was in town for business. The staff is amazing and made me and my dog feel at home. The rooms are nice, neat ,clean ,and well maintained. Everything is labeled correctly and makes the stay even less stressful. The price on a peace of mind is the nightly rate at the Burney motel.
