America's Best is right off I-30 in Arkadelphia. I came to this location completely by recommendation. I was heading through town after dropping my daughter off to work at camp. My car alternator died draining my battery which left me stranded. I was several hours from home, and I was alone. I had to wait for my husband to come to my rescue. I asked the very sweet man at the front desk for a room downstairs and he accommodated me. Upon entering the room, the a/c didn't work. I went up front and he immediately came to my room and got the a/c turned on. This a/c is amazing and will run you out of the room, it gets so cold. Love it. The room was clean and smelled that way. The bed is brand new and to die for. The sheets were clean and smelled great. I got the best night’s sleep on this bed. They have brand new Sealy Posturepedic Plus mattress and are well worth staying here just for the bed. My shower was easy to get in and out of. I FELT SAFE HERE. Women need to know where the safe places are when traveling alone and this is it. Mcdonald's is right next door and is a very convenient place to eat. Taco Bell and Waffle House are within walking distance. There is a Flying Burger and Cracker Barrell on the other side of the interstate and very conveniently located to several gas stations. Americas Best has a small breakfast in the morning from 6 to 9. There is a beautifully clean pool. There is a washer and dryer that use change available for customer use. There are ice machines and drink stations available. The nice gentleman up allowed my husband to work on the car in the back parking lot. Even though the interstate was close you didn’t hear the noise in the room and were able to sleep. I recommend this place a thousand times over. I only had positive experiences here. I stayed here for 2 days. Don’t hesitate to stay here. Swing on in and stay comfortably.

Wonderful place to stay.

The room was incredible! It smelled so clean and the linens were soft. Bathroom was clean and so well maintained. Not to mention a 5 cup coffee maker with Maxwell coffee. What an incredible place to lay your head. Will absolutely return !!!!!

Absolutely worth it !! Best hotel stay by far

Nice room, nice owner, he was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfy. The room does need a little TLC, but overall, we had a great stay. I would recommend this place and if we come this way again, we would stay here. And there is a McDonald's next door.

Awesome owner/front desk clerk 

Me, 3 friends and 3 pugs were driving from Kentucky to Houston Texas. Are whole experience in Arkansas was horrible. Horrible roads, horrible drivers, and horrible gas stations that would make a third world communist country gas station look like Ritz Carlton hotel. We were tired and just wanted to eat and rest then we found the " Americas Best Value Inn and Suites" We just didn't care where we stopped and expected the worst and it ended up being the high light of our trip to this point. It's nothing fancy but it's clean, the staff are friendly and accommodating and had no problem with us having 3 pugs. The building is dated and a few light repairs that could be made to the building but we didn't care. The beds were stupid comfy and strangely we all had a great night's sleep. They even had a light complemtry breakfast. A 2 Queen bed room was $129. BARGIN! Plus they have a small pool...again nothing special and it's small but it works. Expect the parking to be pretty busy and when we were there I counted 4 double axle dump trucks parked there "guess some of the road construction crews were staying there" there are a few other places to stay in town but Americas Best Value Inn had the majority of the business. All in all next time we come through Arkansas we will definitely stay here.

HIGH LITE OF A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE 

After having two horrible experiences at other hotels around here back to back, I was beaten down and just plain ready to give up on finding a decent place to stay for yet another night in this very strange cool historic town of Arkadelphia Arkansas only minutes south of DeGray State Park, incredible!

I pulled in to AMERICAS BEST VAKUE INN & SUITES expecting more of the same.

Well, I was quite surprised when I arrived and was greeted by an extremely professional front desk man who went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed included a private area for me and my dogs and where I can smoke my medical marijuana without being harassed by anyone.  

Arkansas  is a weed legal medical state and I’m from Oklahoma and and the states recognize the licenses. I had just been actually thrown out of the SUPER 8 for no reason over weed. See my previous review on it. 

Anyways, I ended up at the pool and met some real nice families from Louisiana who had been traveling and been there a few days.  

I immediately connected with them all in the pool and they were telling me about what a great experience they all had been having too at this hotel. 

So, DEFINITELY pick this hotel if you’re passing through Arkadelphia Arkansas !

My family, which includes a 4-year-old and 2 dogs, spent a week at this hotel, Paul is amazing! The rooms are comfy, clean and the service is "top shelf". The laundry area is impeccably clean, the grounds are safe, and it is convenient to food, parks etc. We love Paul and are talking of a return trip just to experience his hospitality, he became "family" in a very short time.

4 STAR TREATMENT AT 2 START PRICES

This was a great family friendly place to stay and very clean! The room smelled great and it had the things we needed. The coupons were perfect for a local mine. They also had a good on the go breakfast.The employees were super friendly also. Thanks Paul for being a great host.


The room was fine. A little run down, but that's to be expected at this price point. The bed was comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was good. But when I opened the door to enter, I was hit with the most overwhelming smell of air sanitizer I've ever smelled. The sickly sweet kind. It was like 20 cans exploded in the room. I cracked the door for about an hour and turned the fan on figuring that would help air it out, but it didn't seem to make a difference at all. I had to sleep with my face mask on, and when I left the next morning, my coat and luggage smelled of that air sanitizer. 

The property is located RIGHT off the highway, so there was highway noise all night. I had the fan on the whole night (trying unsuccessfully to air out the room) so that drowned out some of the noise, but I was wishing I'd brought ear plugs. 

The family that owns the property were very friendly, but they weren't wearing masks and there was no plexiglass between them and the guests.

Reeked of air sanitizer

We were on a roadtrip traveling with a labradoodle so needed pet friendly place. I reserved this place for one night. I was told that the pet charge would be $10, a reason I selected this place. We just needed an overnite to sleep, so I wasn't interested in spending much. This place is right off the freeway, easy access. When checking in I had prepaid at reservation, I wanted to change to other card but that was out of the hands of staff. Gave him my card to add the dog which he said would be $15, I told him $10 was the quote and that is what he put on the card. The room was fine, it was clean. Although we were in the back near the highway, we didn't hear the traffic. There was a swimming pool looks like a place kids would enjoy. Breakfast - You had a choice of a couple cereals, with milk, I think there was orange juice too. Coffee and I think you had to make your own hot water if you wanted tea, don't know if you had to bring your own teabag. Some apples/oranges. And a selection of cheap carbs - white bread, plain bagel, glazed doughnut. If you are coming here for the breakfast go somewhere else. We just needed a clean safe place that would accept our dog at a low charge for the dog. We got what we paid for.

Its OK

My cat and I stayed at this hotel for three weeks, minus weekends, for work recently. It can get a little noisy sometimes, but I had no problem sleeping with the fan on constant. It's right off the freeway, next to an Exxon and McDonald's, and within walking distance or short drive to Taco Bell, a nice Wal-Mart and other useful places. It was very close to the office I was working at and a great little Mexican restaurant. The room was clean and well equipped. My cat enjoyed the room and time in the window watching the goings on. The staff is wonderful. They're always so pleasant and took great care of us. I enjoyed it so much, an unexpected return trip has me booking with them again.
