Little things that made me change from a 5 to a 4. The lobby bathroom was not working for my 5 day stay as well the pool shut down after a couple days. An employee parked their car right in front of hotel everyday making it difficult for patrons with disabilities or extra luggage to use the spot in front of the hotel. 
A bright side to our stay was Abby a front desk employee who always said hi and asked if we needed anything and accommodated our party so we could all be together without interrupting other parts of the hotel. Thank you Abby and keep up the great work.

Basic hotel that has some great staff

Great little spot off the interstate.  Safe,Clean, quiet and a nice warm swimming pool.  Allows pets under 20 lbs.  and there is a great place to stretch and take a walk along with a Subway and a BBQ place within a short walk from the hotel.  And talk about reasonable.  If we ever venture this way again I would def return.  The beds are very comfortable as well.  The front desk clerk was so nice.

Safe, clean, quiet, affordable pet friendly hotel

We travel through this area several times a year and have a couple of places We like to stop for the night. If it's at dinner-time, we stay here, because of good restaurant choices. (The other place has no restaurants that we like) This hotel has never disappointed us! It's always clean, with great beds and pillows, and very friendly service. The only slightly negative detail we noticed this time was the absence of a grab bar in the shower: you notice these kind of things as you age.....
We will continue to enjoy a great night's sleep at this hotel whenever we pass through here.

Repeated stays

Late evening  check-in and early morning check out, beds were very comfortable. It was a cold and rainy night, when we got to the room it was FREEZING. It took about half an hour before we felt the heater was adequate to completely warm the room.
 We didn't take time for breakfast, so there are  no comments on that. 
All in all, it was  a good experience, and the price was reasonable. We would stay if passing through there again.

Great place to rest

Room was clean and well set up.  Desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Easy access from Highway and close to food and gas stations. Pool is clean and inviting. Very nice smoking area at the end of the building.  Coffee available 24/7 and breakfast starting at 6 am.

This is third time we’ve stayed here since December 2022. Each time we’ve had easy check-in and checkout. 

Our room was well-maintained and clean. It was also quiet and we both slept well. 

Breakfast was okay but would have preferred some kind of eggs and meat. 

This hotel is very easily accessed from the interstate and there are several dining choices nearby. ( We prefer the No Way Jose restaurant across the highway.)

We will definitely be back.

Nice Sleep

The clerk stayed on the phone speaking his language the entire check in. The room was clean and comfortable. The door really creeks. The night lady was very nice, tried to fix the TV but it did not work. So, if you need a clean, comfortable bed to rest overnight, highly recommend it. If little things bother you, rethink.

Cadiz Kentucky 

We stayed here two nights. The boys loved swimming in the pool. It was heated and clean. The pool area was very clean. The lobby is very inviting and clean. Our rooms were clean and just what we needed. A typical size hotel room with two double beds. It is far enough from the expressway that you do not hear the noise. The prize was great too

Great stay

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was egg and sausage Pattie’s to make your own egg muffin. Eggs were cold and tasteless. Would stay again and skip breakfast. All in all, a nice place to stay.

Traveling through

We traveled to Cadiz, Kentucky for my brother's retirement from the Army and my niece's high school graduation. I booked and insured the trip through Expedia for a two night stay 05/20-22/2022. Upon check in the manager requested a credit card for "incidentals" and had me sign electronically. I asked for a copy of what I signed and was told I would have to request a copy from Expedia. Housekeeping did not change bedding nor exchange wash clothes/hand towels/bath towels during the course of our stay, so my 13 year old daughter and I used what was originally provided. Like many we put ALL used/wet wash clothes/hand towels/bath towels in the tub before leaving the room. I took the room cards to the front desk upon check out and asked the manager for a receipt. The manager assured me nothing was charged to my credit card therefore a receipt was not necessary. Later the same afternoon I noticed a missed call from Quality Inn, Cadiz Kentucky. There was no voice message, I thought perhaps we had left something in the room so I called back. I was taken aback when the manager wrongfully accused me of taking ALL the wet/used wash clothes/hand towels and bath towels I had left in the bath tub for housekeeping. The manager went on to tell me the $10.00 coffee makers get stolen all the time but it does not cost him anything to get them replaced. If he's charging $60.00 for every "incidentals fee" as he wrongfully charged me he's making a lot of money on fraudulent claims. My brother went to the Quality Inn to try to speak to the manager and was sworn at by a female staff member. Needless to say my brother contacted the Cadiz police department as did I. THIS IS FRAUD FOLKS!  I'm sure a lot could be learned from security cameras too. I reported this to corporate Choice Hotels, Expedia, my credit card company and the local Better Business Bureau. Know your rights and don't be taken! By the way the shower had no pressure and there was significant wear-and-tear.
