Excellent staff and next to the highway , clean rooms and a safe place to stay.  Quiet place food all around you, casino not far away with a bowling alley. Not too far from Sedona, Rates are reasonable, this will be my go to spot for now on. Rooms are very nice and clean.

Awesome getaway

Nice quiet hotel,  very friendly staff both cleaning and registration.  Tim very friendly.  Some restaurants within walking distance.  Both fast food and Dennys and nice Mexican place.  Stayed here January 2024 for one night before heading to Sedona area.  Room was very clean and bed was comfortable.

Restful night before site seeing

The room was wonderful.  The bed was soft and heater very warm.  Nikki was most accommodating in regard to taking care of fulfilling our requests.  As a disabled veteran she went out of her way to make sure we had a 1st floor room need the back door.  I love this hotel!!!!

Great place to stay

I've stayed here alot since the renovation great hotel and staff is knowledgeable and friendly.  Nikki is awesome. And a great help in getting my company and I a great rate. I met the owner once and had great conversation hope this hotel stays for a long time

Great experience 

Located right off the freeway with many restaurants in the area. The staff is friendly and always goes above and beyond. The property has been renovated with comfy beds and a cozy appearance. Microwave and refrigerator
Breakfast has great options for something quick and easy. The Coffee machine in the lobby is a life saver with several fun options like cappuccino, espresso and even hot chocolate! Affordable, CLEAN and best rates in town. The indoor pool is being remodeled and by summer I can't wait to come back with my kids and enjoy it. There is also a very clean and nice kitchen located in the lobby that guests are welcome to use. Definitely recommend to friends and family looking to stay somewhere nice and not pay Sedona prices.

Affordable, Clean and Cozy

Recently stayed one night. Was told there was no breakfast and no pool with the price i was quoted. 130. plus tax.  Wifi kept going off, Tv keep buffering. No towel holders, no hairdryer in room. Room was being renovated.  No place to hang up clothes. There was a desk but no chair. Room had a lot of sheetrock dust. Part of the baseboard on wall was missing. Had to walk up to second floor no elevator....tried contacting front desk was put on hold for a long time.......Was charged 147. for a terrible experience...

poorly managed

When I made the reservations, I was told it had an elevator.  It did not!  We had to climb up about 19 steps, hauling our luggage to get to our 2nd story room.  It was an absolute dump.  The tiny bathroom only had a toilet and tub/shower with the sink out in the room.  The toilet was the lowest I have ever seen and was almost impossible to get up from it.  The reception girl, when we checked in, was very unpleasant.  We stayed there two nights, and my husband and I couldn’t wait to leave there!  Do not recommend this place at all.

Not a pleasant stay!

My family and I loved staying here ! Although there was some renovating going on , it was still a nice stay. Plenty of restaurants around , the staff was very attentive and my room was clean, smelt good and I really have no complaints ! The front desk gal, Rosie was helpful and friendly! Will definitely be back when we come back down to camp verde !

Very comfortable !

So i book this way in advanced. As a health care provider i wanted to get away take my family to out of africa see the area. I booked this hotel for the ammenities. Looking forward to the inside pool and jacuzzi plus the breakfast that was included. Well none of that occurred.

The room was recently remodeled but the fridge was not clean inside. We observed both the day and the night staff smoking marijuana two feet from the door.

There were no breakfast as i asked the staff said nope sorry just coffee.
Many fire hazards such as tape over the sprinkler system.
On a good note bed was very comfortable why i increased to 2 stars along with taking a shower great water pressure and hot water.

They took the hair blow dryer down forgot to put back up.  My opinion walk the room make sure its ready tobe rented.

Walls are thin could hear the people next door.
 I did voice my concerns to staff and that got no where.
I paid 152 dollars for one night while my other family member went to comfort inn across the road there paid same price got all the ammenties that we did not and paid even cheaper 140.00.

Website is misleading and not up to date as staff stated themselves. This place needs alot of changes that a fresh coat of paint will not fix. New staff and update the website something to where others like myself will not feel ripped off and disappointed.

Again i asked for compensation for my trouble 
Even was going to go somewhere else but staff said i would be charged and have trouble getting refunded so i stuck it out for that onr night.

Extremely disappointed

We only stayed for one evening on our road trip which was a good thing.   The staff was very unenthusiastic at best.  There was no Breakfast of any kind.  The room is small and very basic.  The bathroom was Very small.   I'm not looking for amazing at $130/night but definitely more than this.  The room was stale with no air when we arrived.  I would definitely not recommend this especially for families (there were some shady folks hanging out in the parking lot).
